The waffles were like pancakes, and some thin ones, but I needed cookies, obviously not flour I had to add another 100 grams of flour, knead it thicker and then dilute it with water, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar somewhere else. Began to bake beautiful, well, very tasty for us. Cookies have already tasted everything, they are not. What will be the next day I do not know, but after baking they were definitely delicious.
Later I found a similar recipe on the Internet, it is called "Creamy Viennese waffles" and now I will try it, there is enough flour there.
• 135 gr. butter;
• 300 gr. wheat flour;

She bakes well, there is no thermostat here, but I don't need it.There is a waffle iron with a thermostat for thin waffles, but I don't use it, as I installed it right away, it still stands today. The cookies are beautiful and tasty. Thick waffles are different. You can't live without an average. Buy - you will not regret it if you are a fan of cooking with them. I like these devices.

That is, it is easy to trick and fix it. The thicker dough is already pouring less quickly from the spout of the mug, that is, then you can put a spoon in the waffle iron
