I baked your recipe in the oven today. I liked it very much. All ingredients were followed, even coconut flakes were found))), except for muesli. Sprinkled with semolina. I don’t really like shavings, but here it was absolutely not audible.
What I liked the most was that the apples did not settle to the bottom, but remained evenly distributed.
Thank you

RybkA, Thank you! I am very glad that you chose my recipe, you liked charlotte and wrote about your result. I also love it when apples are spread throughout the baked goods. Good luck to you!

And whites that are whipped in the refrigerator, where?

I am very guilty that I wrote inattentively. Of course, we also add proteins to the dough at the very end of kneading, stirring them gently with a spoon from bottom to top.

Thank you so much! I did so.
I'll write about the result in 40 minutes)

Tried
The taste of yoghurt is present, great!
In general, it is very fluffy, the dough is homogeneous, airy, not spongy! Perhaps the best I have ever used for a charlotte.
The only thing that upset was that she remained damp below. Perhaps I chose the wrong shape. I had a non-stick coating. Did you have to take silicone?

I baked in the form shown in the photo in the recipe. The shape was acquired specifically for the airfryer. Did you bake in the same way in AG?
With your message, you pushed me to action - an apple and cherry charlotte is already being prepared in a multicooker. Eh, goodbye figure!
Irina.
Vika, do you need to add baking powder? Will it be ok on the middle grill?

I put the baking powder every other time.
In Hotter, baked goods are on the middle rack, and in Brand it is better on the bottom
Irina.
I have so many questions. ... Do you need to preheat the airfryer in advance?

In some cases it is necessary, for charlotte I do not warm up.
Irina.
Vika, thanks for the answers.
Charlotte is already baking. While the "flight is normal".

We wait .
Irina.
And while I drink tea.
I put it on the middle grate, it was necessary on the lower one. It's been 20 minutes, and the top is already baked well. How would I not burn the charlotte, with the first experience.

So I wrote that in Brand on the lower grill is better!
Yesterday we baked pizza right away in the spirit of AG and in Brand it took 20 minutes, and in Hotter 25 and a little more was needed.
Irina.
So I did not obey.
It doesn’t burn, I shouldn’t panic, it turns out a beautiful charlotte. Rose well. A little more is left before the end of the program. I'm waiting for the result.

Without baking powder?
Irina.
I added baking powder, about 0.5 tsp. , for a safety net.
She pulled out a charlotte. Hurrah!!! The first pancake is not lumpy. The height turned out to be 6 cm, when it cooled down a little, it became 5 cm. But my shape is wide, almost in the entire airfryer. If you take a smaller shape, you get a charlotte higher. The apples from the bottom were not very baked, apparently because the temperature had to be slightly reduced so that nothing burned. Next time I'll do it on a low grate.
I can't say anything about the taste yet, the night is already with us. In the morning I'll take a picture and try a piece.
Which was interesting for me. I baked in a jagged mold. I thought that later it would not be possible to pull out the charlotte (I had a sad experience when I then picked a cupcake out of these cloves). But when baking, the dough moved away from the walls and the charlotte calmly turned over onto a plate. The edge turned out to be smooth and beautiful. Sprinkled on top with powdered cinnamon sugar.
Now I have made friends with baked goods in the airfryer.
Vika, thank you very much for the recipe... This is my first baking in the airfryer, it was successful and I was not disappointed in the purchase.

Irina, I am very glad!!! Congratulations!!!
How nice that first impressions don't disappoint!
Long live AG Brand !!!
Irina.
Here is my charlotte. It turned out delicious. Only I didn't listen to you in vain, Vika. Charlotte turned out to be a little under-baked. Next time I will bake on the lower grate so as not to lower the temperature.

Irin, so maybe the undercooking is the wine of apples, a lot of juice? Everything seems to be good in the photo.
Thanks for the photo!
Irina.
Vika, I myself did not understand why. At first it was like how well it was baked, and the next morning, as it got damp, maybe apples and gave juice.
The recipe is very good, something I didn't finish. I will try, learn, learn and bake, bake.

Of course, it happened from apples. I often bake such charlotte in the oven
Charlotte
apples and a pear with a crescent and not high, I like this more. So she, too, on the second day, if a piece remains, it becomes a little wet.

What a beauty - you have deliciousness !!!

Good morning everyone! Can I use a split form (for the oven) and a deep glass bowl for the microwave for baking?

You can do both. If only it would fit in the AG bowl.
Helena S.
In order for the baked goods in the airfryer to rise well and bake, you need to cover the form of the desired diameter (see your instructions) with foil with small holes. Then there is no thick upper crust in the baked goods, which prevents excess moisture from coming out. A thinner crust forms under the foil, through which moisture comes out and the baked goods rise and bake well.
