Only the hooks from the springs pierced the baking sleeve and everything flowed into a pot of water. And then I pulled the ham into a cup and then it was pouring into it. For several months I have not used it and forgot the subtleties. In general, next time I will do it in the airfryer, everything is a little different there: the juice flows into the cup and you can use it. The roll was cut not completely cooled down, because half of the full ham meat remained. I have not made rolls in a ham maker from one chicken before, only with the addition of chicken.

Beautiful, and most importantly, delicious, really, it's just a pity that the output is only 50%. I did something to keep the bag from tearing, but I forgot. And the recipes you have here are excellent!
