Sveta, you probably have drier flour or juicy pears. The dough is slightly thicker than for the pancakes. 250 grams was in the original recipe, and I used the same amount. But,
I had about a kilogram of pears - 6 pieces of medium size. Four went to the bottom, and the remaining two I cut into small pieces and pressed into the dough from above

due to the juiciness of the pears, and they were very juicy for me, the dough turned out even thinner

Alena, I bake this pie in a slow cooker. Once I did a similar one with apples, and although I put a tray under the wire rack with a mold, my filling syrup also poured over the edge. From which I concluded that for such pies it is necessary to take a higher form
