Mix - it's clear how. And freeze? Take it out of the freezer and stir it several times? So that there are no pieces of ice?

And with this question in the topic of ice cream without an ice cream maker. I somehow am not capable of interfering with such feats every half hour, I am not so fond of ice cream.

1.Blender with knives - how does it look?
2.Submersible mixer (I understand this mixer with which we whip the creams?)
3.The hand blender is a blender that grinds into puree?
in general, who is understood to post a photo for clarity, PLIZZZZZ! ??

I make mayonnaise only with an immersion blender and do you know why? Because one portion directly in a 0.5 liter jar - in 2-3 minutes at the exit, a thick mayonnaise, which I dilute with water (at the same time, it turns out to be less oily). Then she screwed the jar with a lid and into the refrigerator. I licked my "leg" - it is easier to wash and no more dirty dishes.

And I, or rather, my neighbor had an incident yesterday with a jar!)))
She comes to me and holds a half-liter jar with the ingredients already folded in her hands.
At first I did not understand, I thought she wanted me to beat it myself (she didn’t succeed several times (((
Everything turned out to be much simpler: her "leg" did not fit into the neck of the can!)))
Her blender will be more powerful than mine and wider ...
And she noticed this, of course, only when she put all the products together ...
At the same time they laughed)))
Stafa
My leg also does not fit in a 0.5 liter jar - I make mayonnaise in a glass from a blender and then transfer it to a large jar from underneath a nice dicer. It just turns out to the eyeballs according to the recipe for 2 eggs.
AlenaT
And she just has such a wide blender glass
(you see, they didn't see the designer))), you have to crawl on it in all directions.
And there was no narrow container ...
glykoza
I'm still in the throes of choice ... I'm leaning more and more towards Kenwood HB724.

I looked at Bamiks and for a long time could not understand what his leg reminds me ... and remembered.
I had such a mixer - Meteor-2.
Blender
He beat it well, mixed the dough too, but this "back" leg did not take root. Not in the picture, but there was also a disc with holes, exactly like Bamix's. And the leg is similar. There was no mill either. By the way, there was also a potato grinder - also useless. Maybe this was an attempt to make a cool Soviet mixer.

But these are my "childhood" memories and I do not want to offend the owners of Bamix in any way. If there are satisfied users, it means that you deserve it.

In general, I have essentially two questions.
1. mayonnaise is made from raw eggs, but what about salmonella?
2. in a chopper, onions and carrots for frying can be cut at the same time, otherwise, for the sake of one carrot and onion, wash the Burner and a simple grater somehow already broke.

Rita
I don't like cutting in a chopper. It is difficult to achieve the normal size - either porridge or a mixed mixture. So I am his. I practically don't use it.
What kind of mixer has survived !!! Rarity!!! I have not even seen such.
Daffi
Nostalgia ... I had exactly such a mixer. I didn’t use my leg because I couldn’t properly adjust it. Coffee and powdered sugar were ground in the mill. But this was not an occupation for the faint of heart, because this construction howled so that horror.
The beaters were not bad, but the power of the mixer was not enough. On whites whipped with sugar, he began to slow down. The poor thing burned down many years ago, his memory is blessed. It was a good unit. Now I would find a use for it.

glykoza, homemade mayonnaise is actually made with raw eggs that must be washed well before doing anything and must be fresh.
you cannot cut onions and carrots at the same time; you can take turns by changing the knife ..
glykoza
Thanks for the answers.
I didn’t think straight into the chopper and carrots and onions, in turn. If you need to rub a lot, then it is more handy with a burner, and a grater too, and if one carrot and an onion, I would like to dirty one thing.
Yesterday I opened an old food processor with a blender. Chopped strawberries with sugar, and closed up a milkshake. And then I washed the bowl, the jug, the lids of the bowl and the jug, the knife, etc. Today we will finish the strawberries and hide them back, wash drearily, and wipe even more. There is a dishwasher, but I don’t like to save up dishes.

Here I read how only a glass and a leg are washed, it becomes directly enviable.

I thought that for a person who makes 200 pieces of stuffed nuts at a time, nothing can be difficult.

Girls and boys, I want to ask. do you have any experience in making mayonnaise from dry egg powder? It turns out great from raw eggs. Here I am thinking, what should replace the evaporated liquid from the eggs in mayonnaise? Milk? Serum? People, share your thoughts, and maybe experience.

Rita, there will be more. I got another shape with different figures. Soon I will try it out.

Well, this is how it turns out, if it's not difficult for me to rub and chop and beat myself, then I don't need a blender either? But what about the potato grinder? We all respect the puree. I’ll buy it, let my soul calm down. But later, maybe some discounts will come across.

I'm not talking about a blender, I'm talking about washing the combine. Although for some reason it's boring to wash it, I don't like it either. But I don't like doing a lot of chores. For me, making 200 nuts is a feat that can only be done once in a lifetime.
A blender is a very useful thing. The potato maker is super! I bought it for my daughter and tried it. Now I'm torn between a Phillips cube and a Kenwood with a potato grinder. Although I still have one pretty decent working blender.

Today I finally bought a blender!
I wanted it for a long time !!!! Namely, DEX 751, BUT ... it is not on sale in any online store in Ukraine ((((
Therefore, I had to spend 2 times more money and buy a Brown 530 ISA.
I liked it very much! If we compare it with Dex (there was a practice of using it, since it provided all my relatives with this unit (I didn’t have Fatilo current))))), then Brown works naaaamnogo quieter and heats up less. And in terms of power, they are the same both in theory (600W) and in practice!
In general, I am satisfied with the purchase. Already made mayonnaise and banana cocktail))) next in line is liver pate))))
annet13
Daffi Thank you!

My blender (I haven’t come up with a pet name yet) coped with liver pate! And I chopped the onions, and the carrots ... and I just pressed the button))) I cleaned everything longer: girl_manikur: A homogeneous air mass turned out, the dotsi salivated, too, but ... we don't eat after 18)))

Then there was the "hit of the season": I had a blank for chops (which were cut into pieces with the addition of starch), my husband was making this "minced meat", and, since he was doing it for future use, he did not put onions there.
Well, I, so all of myself, decided to chop the onion in the chopper ... I cut it ... very little, so cool and fast ... and when I washed the blender, it turned out that I forgot to remove the plastic sheath from the knife
So, that's what he is, reindeer, Brown 530 ... and how I used to live without him
Manna
A few years ago I was given a blender Zepter mixSy.
Here is such
Blender
I liked it very much. I also bought a combine from Bamix - Bamix SliceSy (price - 4.5 thousand rubles).
Blender
I was sure that Zepter and Bamix were identical. But...
Recently I was also presented with Bamix classic.
Here is such
Blender
It turned out that the Bamix nozzles are slightly larger (the base is wider). The Bamix blender itself is a little heavier. There, the difference is stated at 15g (and the weight, by the way, is not small - 940 and 925 grams). But these 15gr are somehow perceptible. Maybe due to the fact that the buttons are more convenient for the Zepter? And maybe the weight is distributed differently? And I was also saddened that Bamiks had an ordinary wire, not twisted. The Zepter has a spiral. It's so convenient! That's strange. Zepter "licked" this blender from Bamiks, but it turned out more convenient.

Well, of course, both blenders do what they say. These are very good, high-quality blenders that also perform the function of mixers. For example, whisk the whites in a few seconds.

This is all about the fact that, to my surprise, I still found the differences

By the way, now Zepter began to produce these blenders in orange.
Blender

And the price of the question ...
I saw the Orange Zepter for 219 euros (about 9 thousand rubles)
Bamix in a similar configuration - Bamix M200 SwissLine - costs the same - about 9 thousand rubles
Blender

By the way, now Bosch has released a similar blender - Bosch MSM 76PRO
Blender
But it has no replaceable attachments, only two legs, one of which looks like a Bamix / Zepter. In such a modest configuration, it costs about 3 thousand rubles. But what pleases me is the twisted wire

By the way, Bosch now also has a Bamix SliceSy combine. Complete with Bosch MSM7800
Blender
The price of this blender is from 3 thousand rubles (4 thousand on average).

Mistletoe, I do not understand, we are "on you", then "on you" Let's stop "on you"

And the harvester ... it has a small volume. But it's really handy. I use it when making salads and / or borscht. The volume is enough for one large beet. I shred beets separately, carrots separately, cabbage separately, etc. After shredding, small stubs remain due to a 1mm gap between the lid and the shredding wheel. This volume of the combine is enough for me. In general, I am satisfied.

Oh, and by the way, the feed hole is quite narrow - enough for a medium carrot.

mannochka, I see .. I'm all looking at him. Basically, I should eat 1 carrot and onion. Happy Berner tru. But laziness happens ..
And then you are not too lazy to wash the combine? You can't even put a lid under the water, and in PMM too (although it can be washed easily) When for the sake of one carrot there is laziness in the combine, then I'd rather rub it with my hands. As I said, it is convenient for borscht, salad, potato pancakes, etc. .p. for the fact that the handles are really lazy

celfh , please tell me so that I understand - do I need it ???
And if you need which one ... there are many of them of different configurations ...

Shredders are not needed at all.
A powerful chopper is very much needed in a smooth puree of hard juicy fruits, vegetables, frozen fruits and frozen ice cream
It is necessary to beat the whites
Grind herbs, cereals, spices
Occasionally want to grind raw meat

Alexandra, I still have very little experience of using. Since last Saturday. Therefore, I cannot take responsibility for your expensive purchases.
Anything you want is done by the bamix I bought. Actually, all, except for the last 2 points, probably do all the bamixes, but the last two points are performed using a special attachment.
Blender

but the nozzle is very small, probably 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup. How much meat will go there - I don't know. Although, maybe you can grind the meat in a saucepan? Honestly I do not know. But for spices - just great.

Oh, you still need to ask Oksana or manna ... I still need to learn and master))))
Alexandra
Tanya, thanks!

Squirrels perfectly beat all bamixes with a special disc nozzle. Everything else grinds well with the universal attachment (in the photo with the Bamix® Swissline that I posted, this attachment is the second from the left). If greens, cereals, spices, then bamix with a chopper is better, which celfh showed, or with a processor (there is in the photographs that I showed). Because if you grind bulk in an open container just with the foot of a blender, then everything will fly apart. And the mill grinds everything perfectly. With mill / processor model Bamix® De Luxe, Bamix® Swissline. Now, as for meat ... I have never tried to grind meat either with a blender or a mill. I somehow feel sorry for the mill for meat. Some models of bamix have an attachment for chopping meat (in the photo with Bamix® Swissline that I posted, this attachment is on the far right). I think it will work for small portions. These are Bamix® Classic, Bamix® Swissline models. In general, the Bamix® Swissline model has the most complete configuration (not counting the superbox - there is also a combine).

manna, thanks for the answer

The main difference in them is power.
How significantly different are bamixes with a capacity of 140, 160, 200 and 350 ???
the difference in price is from this, the attachments are standard and fit any model, as I understand it

The attachments are standard and are also standard. I do not have 350 with a capacity. But with lower capacities, I did not notice much difference. I think the power will be important with a stiff and / or thick mass for grinding (to just crank the nozzle), and the power does not affect the rotation speed (that is, it beats the same at any power).

Such a knife stands firmly in this mill! Melet bread crumbs in small quantities, fresh bread into crumbs, coffee, seeds, nuts and so on ...
Therefore, you cannot grind the meat in it, the volume is small ... holds 1-2 pieces of a loaf
I have such a knife in the kit, but I practically do not use it, somehow there is no place

I mainly use a crooked knife (bent), this one takes fruit for mashed potatoes, meat pates, raw liver, and so on, grinds into porridge.
And I use round attachments for cream, eggs, cocktails, for example, kefir with berries.

If possible, it is better to immediately buy a more powerful mixer.

May I have a question?
I have really very frozen ice cream bamix crumbled into small, small crumbs, but very hot. It became straight hot. and worked less than the stated 5 minutes.

Have you ever had to grind freezes and did the processor heat up?
Omela
Alexandra, at the very beginning of use, it was also once that the blender warmed up. As the knowledgeable people explained to me, this is the grinding in of the motor. Indeed, this has never happened again. I grind ice and frozen fruits.
Alexandra
