Admin, Tanya hello. I also baked my own bread according to your recipe. Everything turned out great, but the broth still poured 70 ml. But I'll think about it due to the fact that the potatoes were too dry (they almost burned when I boiled them, and the broth is always in the fridge or freezer). I really liked the taste. It turned out two things, but if you look at the photo, you can see that it broke a little during proofing. I think this is due to the tight braiding. Next time I'll try to make it weaker. Hello.
Thanks for the recipe!
I kneaded the dough for 1 braid, my HP did not master it, I had to knead everything with my hands. The dough turned out to be denser than in your photo, but in the process of kneading with your hands (about 20 minutes) it became a little softer and more plastic.
Truth has not tried it yet, it is getting cold

Irisha, the bar looks good Hope it tastes good

Yes, after proofing and kneading, the dough becomes softer, more fluffy, gluten and yeast work.
