Coconut balls

Ingredients

Coconut flakes of different colors 6 tbsp. l
Egg white 2
Sugar 4 tbsp. l
Ghee for greasing parchment 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg whites until firm foam, adding sugar in three steps. Introduce coconut flakes into the resulting protein mass (leave part of the chips for breading), mix gently and form balls. Bread in the leftover coconut. Grease the parchment with oil, lay on a baking sheet and place the balls on it.
  • Bake in the oven at t 100⁰С until they become crispy.
  • When serving, put on a plate or vase, alternating in color.
