Wow...
My 253 was bought back in 2004, it works like a clock, t-t-t, for all the time I have never given out this, usually ~ 2 mm.

zabu, and many of us, out of desire to get a crispy crust, bought a crustine. In ordinary pancakes, the crust crunches only after baking, then softens. You have an unusual situation. ElenaLHonestly, no offense. I don’t understand why buy a good and not very cheap bread maker so that you can then pour in expensive semi-finished products there? Maybe you should try the classics: flour, water, salt, sugar and a little yeast and enjoy the result?

Thanks for the invitation. Yes, most likely they never changed the thermostat. So is the slot dispenser. You can't put a trifle like poppy or small nuts into it.

Since September I have been baking bread according to the recipe of HP Panasonic Rye with stumps and 430 water. It always comes out. Even I change the composition of the flour - it also comes out. The main thing is to scrape off the flour from the walls and bottom during kneading. I take flour 200 g of wheat 1 grade, 200 g of peeled rye (or seeded), 25 g of buckwheat.
How many other ingredients do you use?
