Note

The time of a young potato is approaching and it is necessary to meet him in full combat form.
I tried different types of drying (oven, sun, MicroV, dryer), but I liked AG more.

Well this is the beauty of beer!
Ingigerda , and what did you dislike about the dryer? I just don't have an airfryer, but I have a dryer ...

But I'm wondering if this caviar sticks to the teeth, like caviar from a ram?
sweetka
I think any dried caviar is a dentist's holiday!

I have a simple Polish dual-mode dryer. And it turns out that caviar is harsh. And in the AG it remains soft.
But that's for my taste.
And for those who are afraid to visit the dentist on time, I propose to grind the dried caviar into dust and "sprinkle" the potatoes with it.
Sweetka! "Ava" at you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Missing my answer to you about the dryer.
But I’m persistent, I’ll repeat.
I remembered that while there was no AG, I dried sea reptiles in a dryer, placing a bowl of boiling water under them. I think you can try with caviar too!?!?!?

Ingigerda , in view of my love for herring, this is just a super-great idea! But what if we try it on convection in a micra, with boiling water below, huh?
Ingigerda
You are an inventor!
Yes, it is very similar. It is necessary to dry this delicate product in the most gentle way so as not to turn it into chips, although some prefer chips.
And my neighbor puts wet cheesecloth in the dryer so that the caviar does not grab tightly.
sweetka
no, I'm a sloth. and I try to simplify the process to a minimum! But this caviar has sunk to my soul ... otherwise, it happened, you peel a herring, eat the caviar in two gulps and no joy to you. I will have to try it on convection ...
Ingigerda
Cities are taken by the brave.
And the meaning of this seasoning is to preserve the taste of potatoes as much as possible, which in itself is excellent and does not need to be improved.
I will look forward to the results.
And yet - well kept under VACS.
sweetka
eeeeeeeeee .... under what is stored?
Ingigerda
In vacuum jars. The chips last a long time with a packet of quick rice, and crispy caviar for a week.
