Greetings to all!
I was puzzled by the choice of a bread machine for my mother on the other. I read the forum, decided to take Panas 2510 or 2511. In mvideo, there are now 2511 showcases of 10k. With coupon, 9k. I went to buy, but on the spot there was not enough shovel for rye bread, you see someone from the owners stole 2510) I decided to buy for 10k in the store I ordered a loaf of bread today, they said I could pick it up tomorrow. But half an hour ago they sent an SMS that the order was canceled. Reason: this product line was rejected, new arrival not earlier than in 3 weeks.
Question: is this generally an adequate store? Somehow I hardly believe that they open and inspect the goods before selling. More like that stupidly enticement, because when ordering I was persistently dissuaded from Panas. And after I confirmed the order, they sent an SMS with a proposal to take garlyn br-1000. I'm thinking, is it worth trying to re-order 2510 for 8500r, or will it also be a waste of time?

You yourself understood everything. They, most likely, do not have Panasonic and they are trying to shove another HP.
If you read this topic, you know that some members of the forum found themselves in the same position.
Therefore, do not have hopes for this store, but look in others, reliable.

You got it right, this is such a lure,
Many of us have come across such sites. I had the same experience, and perhaps with this site, I don't remember exactly, it was more than 3 years ago. But I knew exactly what I wanted and bought my 2511 in M-video for a promotion. And on this site they begin to agitate for some incomprehensible stoves ... With an uncertain buyer, they can give a ride
It's not easy with the shoulder blades, on the one hand, I ordered the shoulder blades in China and everything worked for me, but after me our girls ordered there and the shoulder blade did not fit

Well I thought so, thanks!
With Panas, my choice is final, I just always want to save money. Well, okay, in normal stores it is not much more expensive

Yes, of course, I want to save money, but keep in mind that the new Panasonic in the store cannot be cheap. It costs as much as it costs. If the new Panasonic is cheaper than the standard market price, then this is already suspicious, with the exception of some special special offers, and then there is also a limit on price reductions.
Low prices in the secondary market.

In such cases it is good to use delayed start function : set the time on the display, after which you are guaranteed to wake up at home and be able to take out the bread.

Yes, hitachi only blows the bread for 30 minutes. In any case, immediately after baking, the bread should be removed from the bucket and placed on the wire rack so that it does not become damp.
I do not look at the time, I take it out immediately after the signal.

Girls, boys. Hello everyone. I rarely go in lately. That's the kind of truant I am.
I need your advice. I myself bake in the oven. but mom needs a new HP. The old 156 LV is already a mustache. But even then. She has been plowing since 2008. You need something just as simple and not very expensive. Unfortunately, this model is no longer in production. I have Polaris, I knead the dough with it sometimes, but it won't suit my mother. She is no longer old enough to dance with him with tambourines. She needs to load and take out bread. All.
Advise what is normal on the HP market now?

Elena, look for a used Panasik, always a good result and no unnecessary gestures. Once, when I was not at home, and the bread ran out, my husband opened the instructions and baked bread, very tasty bread. The husband has never dealt with a test in his life, so your mother will definitely cope and be happy with the result. The rest, unfortunately, does not give a guaranteed result or does not work for long

I mean. put the yeast into the yeast dispenser. (2501.2502, etc.) all other "raisins" are immediately added to the flour. After reading the members of the forum, I thought that "bread will not rise with raisins and sliced apples" I steamed and poured flour in their dispenser. but it turned out exactly the opposite.everything rises perfectly without a dispenser.

That is, raisins and sliced apples immediately lay, not on a signal? And do they remain intact after the first batch? Once, many years ago, I tried that. I already put the program without additives by mistake, and then I remembered that I needed to put the raisins, well, and thumped it straight into the bucket. A few minutes later, the kneading began. The raisins have turned ... in short, they broke during mixing. Well, the kind of bread I received did not suit me at all. Or do you mean by the word raisins something else, because there are quotes?
Admin

If apples are sliced, or raisins are added to the dough five minutes before the end of the second batch, the fruit will remain intact. This time is only enough to mix them into the dough, they will not be "mashed".

And it's good if the fruits are dried, without water on them. And you need to roll them in flour.
Andreevna
Tanya, well, the second batch is the norm, but Nathanael writes that it is necessary to immediately load it for flour

Svetlana, and I'm on the topic, can I? Some time ago I chose a bread maker here: Help with choosing a bread machine # 1759 Thanks to everyone who responded, I made my choice. But, for starters:
A new Russian tale of a discerning bride and an overseas groom.
Once upon a time there lived in a glorious Russian city a girl of marriageable age. Foreign suitors flocked to her, one more beautiful than the other (in fairy tales, this does not happen!). But our bride was picky - she wanted the betrothed to be handsome, hard-working, reliable, and from a decent family. Therefore, she chose carefully. Pre-selected three applicants - a noble Englishman, a serious German and a handsome Slovenian. I turned to kind and knowledgeable people for advice. But then it turned out that the Englishman, although of noble birth, was too capricious. The German origin disappointed - no one knew what kind of tribe he was. Here people are kind and advised her to pay attention to one more groom, the Japanese. Although he was born in China, he honors Japanese traditions. And he has a decent family, and he is hard-working, but reliable. But our bride is about to give her hand and heart to the handsome Slovenian. But suddenly I accidentally found out that he was cheating on her ... with a Chinese woman. And this "Chinese romance" has been dragging on for a long time, since last summer. Our bride got angry and gave a turn to the unreliable gentleman from the gate. I looked again at the Japanese and remembered that he was the very first one to woo her! And now she looked at him with different eyes and gave her consent! True, the bride's household was not happy with the new family member. They say that there is not enough space in our apartment, and you brought such a hefty one here! And in our kitchen you can't turn around at all! But, our young people did not despair, but decided to bake pies for the whole family. The young dough was kneaded, and the young woman prepared the filling with cabbage. The household members tasted the pies and became kinder, now they are waiting for dumplings and diet bread. And our young people began to live, live, and make good money ... stop, it was so in old tales, but in new ones it is no longer so. How they will get along depends only on themselves. From how hard-working and reliable our young will be. And from what place the hands of a young woman grow from, can she take care of him and inspire him to feats? This is the end of our fairy tale.

I'll ask here. I'll write right away that I've already read about Panasonic in the thread. But firstly, nothing more expensive than 5-6 thousand does not suit me (this is the budget), and secondly, I need a small stove (very small kitchen) and a small, only 300-450 grams, a neat loaf for every day.
At the same time, I want to be able to bake rye bread.
Now I have a small tape, a complete analogue of the Supra-150. There is no delayed start and no special mode for rye bread. The stove is good, but I would like it even more comfortable. The delayed start is not enough for me, and my oven bakes very rye bread hard.
I would like the owners of the small stove to respond and advise. I'm afraid I'll buy it myself, but she won't bake me rye loaves.

As the owner of a bread machine purchased on Avito. That I can only advise Panasonic. I bought it 3 times cheaper than its cost, a new one in a package. It has been working for 4 years, seven days a week. Bread is now every 3 days, any dough every other day. They used to bake bread more often. Now the family has shrunk. Buy a bakery of any model of Panasonic or Hitachi. These are reliable machines, the bread and dough are simply perfectly mixed. She had an LG bread machine, many of my friends had other models, and my son Kenwood. Bread from Panasonic is different, very tasty. I love my bread maker. I brought it home, put all the food in the night, bread in the morning. No dancing with tambourines. Everything is simple, everything is accessible and understandable.

Many friends and acquaintances have bought x from me. after eating our bread. We chose other models, now they call, they come, they ask how to bake. I explain, I tell, I give a recipe from my x. n. Their bread is different. Some are offended, think that I am hiding something. I explain to them that the ovens bake in different ways. Even though the flour is the same.

As for the repair, I can't say anything, so far everything is fine. But I often see them sell buckets from x. n and all sorts of spare parts, from any stove. Look for Panasonic on Avito, it is possible without dispensers. Of course, they are convenient, but those with 2 dispensers, a large one for additives often fails. Not some kind of revision. And the one for yeast knocks loudly. If you put it at night, then it may interfere with you. We are used to it. You can do without them altogether. Finding a Panasonic is not expensive. Until 3 thousand hours I see. I love my bread maker so much that sometimes there is a desire to buy another one in stock. As soon as I see a cheap and in good condition on Avito, I feel so sorry for them, immediately there is a desire to adopt.

I, as the owner of Panasonic, are for Panasik.
But, if you want to hear an opinion on the specific listed models, then open Temki on them and read.
Think for yourself, no person can have such a number of bread machines that you have listed. How then to compare.

From your list, I would choose Mystery mbm 0219, and so look at the shadow and the top cover, so that they are not too yellow. The more the oven has been used before you, the faster it will give the ends. Well, check the buckets properly so that they are free of defects and do not immediately flow and do not creak in operation. Some have stoves idle for so long that the grease dries out and the stove then quickly breaks down.

Hello!
I decided to buy a bread machine. I almost decided, because ... because). I apologize in advance for the multi-letter, but in order to get an answer, you need to formulate the question well.
So: due to certain problems with the stomach and intestines, I cannot, unfortunately, eat anything cereal and from cereals. The so-called recipes are also not suitable. gluten-free series - there are either starches, or rice-corn-buckwheat and others like flour. This is the situation for the last 1.5-2 years. You can't fix it, you need to try to adapt!
I cook protein cookies as a substitute for bread. I don’t have a recipe as such, every time I improvise, all the components are "by eye": various types of low-carbohydrate sports food (whey proteins, milk proteins, different isolates, butter, eggs, seeds, nuts). I got the idea from manufacturers of ready-made such cookies - domestic Bombbar, ProteinRex, as well as similar (well, much more delicious) from the "green" site.
I eat with pleasure, the digestive tract is not raging. Only now KNIT this dough ... you go nuts - the dough is very heavy, sticky. It takes a long time to tinker ... and still, sometimes, everything is not mixed by hand. Then I put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (otherwise I can't roll it out), and after cooling, I cut out round cookies with a glass.
With such a dough, the main thing is not to "bake" (I bake in Tortilka), otherwise Whey will "rubberize" everything so much that you don't want to eat.
Well, now, in fact, the question itself:
Is it possible to choose a stove for my needs? So that: interfere with this "miracle dough", and then concoct a loaf of it? The priority, of course, is kneading.
Of course, I understand that I will most likely not be able to use the "automation" - you need to experimentally come to the ratio "weight / composition / baking time", that is, I assume some kind of manual mode, or a timer. Oh, how much time would be saved !!! You don't need to knead (at the same time pollinating the whole kitchen with protams), you don't need to cut out the cookies - and bake with a loaf at once, and eat almost real (in appearance, in appearance))) bread
With regard to the budget - experts know better, I am a complete profanello; even if it's the simplest and cheapest (I don't need +100500 programs) - if it can handle it, and if something more expensive is needed for the indicated goals, let it be
Thanks to everyone who read, I look forward to advice!
Irgata

Only now KNIT this dough ...
can't make the dough not so cool?
Judging by the numerous videos about protein cookies, the dough is kneaded with a spoon, or with a mixer, without effort. Place the dough on a baking sheet with a spoon.
I make this type of cookies from cereal flakes for my dogs, with an egg, on whey, yogurt, with the addition of dried vegetables, instead of dry food - I always mix it with spirals of a Bosch hand mixer, 450 W, bake in a Princess pizza maker with a continuous cake, then cut it into pieces. The mixer spirals do an excellent job with tighter doughs.
an_domini
And why bother with a bread maker in this case? The meaning of HP is not only in kneading, but also in steeping the dough, kneading it, and you don't need all this.
You need a good kneader or a kitchen machine (Bosch, Kenwood), it will rotate heavy and sticky dough. This is a topic on kneaders or food processors.

tried, not that. Some shapeless pancakes come out of the liquid, the dough spreads, but if you roll and cut it, then it is even)))

Good day!
Once I went with my husband to a friend, and she turned out to have HP (I don't know which model) and when early in the morning a fresh, fragrant bread appeared on the table, I also wanted to buy such a miracle)) But several years have passed, and I still dream ( (But recently I discovered your site and read it all night long, since I'm retired by seniority))
Judging by the numerous responses, Panasonic's HP is praised. I have not gone to stores yet, and looking into the online store Fridge I found only 4 products from this company. If it's not difficult for you, please see the link, which one would you recommend? My husband and I live together, he loves white bread, and I rye (I have enough 350g buns for a week) But I love baking pies and all kinds of baked goods for my children and my husband, I always bake a lot of Easter cakes. I knead the dough in a stationary mixer. Then I wrap the dough for the approach. I think HP will be a good assistant in kneading the dough.
If I understood correctly, should I choose HP with the function of baking rye bread? Or does everyone now come with such a program?
Thanks for the help!
