I had a ready-made yeast dough. I messed up a little: I forgot to grease it with an egg before baking, but there was simply no sesame ... (then I found it in the nightstand on the balcony when I baked it) ...

How I did:
1. Made a sausage from the dough, cut into pieces, rolled them out (oval cakes turned out)
2. Melt the plums in a frying pan. oil. I added some garlic.
3. I dipped only one side of the cakes in oil and put the cakes in a mold with petals (the mold was lightly greased with butter) I put the dipped side up
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese. I collected the remains in the refrigerator: sausage, Russian and the third - unknown. I rubbed them separately and then sprinkled each row with a different variety. But it seems to me that all varieties could be mixed ...
5. I didn't have enough dough for the topmost layer, so I made one cake - and covered the three previous layers with it. Not sprinkled with cheese (ended). She let it stand for about 20 minutes and put it in a heated oven, about 180 degrees. All ovens are different.
6. She took it out of the oven (started spinning) and again did not grease it with anything. I just covered it with a clean cloth.

Delicious, hearty bread was eaten while still warm for dinner for three. Together with compote. In the morning there were two "pieces" left, one of them I took to work.
