Ingredients
Warm milk 1 tbsp.
Egg 1 pc.
Butter (I take margarine) 150 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Bread flour 250 g
Fast yeast 2.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cabbage 1 kg
Boiled eggs 4 pcs.
Salt, sugar to taste

Cooking method

I heat the milk, pour it into a bucket + an egg, stir with a whisk (right in the bucket) + margarine (cut with a knife) + flour (sifted) + yeast (into a dimple) + salt in one corner + sugar in another corner.
I put the bucket in the bread maker (Panasonic 256), the program is the main, the mode is the dough. The stove casts a spell for 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, the cauliflower, pour boiling water over it, drain it, pour it over with cold water, drain it again.
Then I put it in the pan and the carcass, stirring for about 15 minutes (until fully cooked), in the process I add salt, sugar and ground pepper (everything gradually and to the taste of each), sprinkle it 2 times with flour (2 tsp each).
When the cabbage softens, add chopped eggs (3-4) (wrinkle them with a fork).
At this time, my assistant squeaks, we open and take out a miracle dough on a floured table
Usually a full bucket, if it does not rise, do not turn off the stove for another 10-30 minutes.
From the dough I tear off small pieces-balls the size of an apricot or a small peach. And they lie for about 5 minutes.
Then I roll each one, put a tablespoon of the filling, pinch the edges and fold the corners.
I spread it on a greased baking sheet (I grease it with both for reliability, since I'm just a novice baker) a distance of 2 cm from each other. I put one baking sheet in a lukewarm oven for 20 minutes, in the meantime, I sculpt the second.
Here the pies have increased, I take them out, grease them with an egg, meanwhile the oven heats up to 170 degrees, and I send the pies to the 2nd shelf from the bottom.
For about 15 minutes (as they become rosy to the right degree) I take it out, cover it with a slightly damp towel, and cover it with a terry towel on top, so that they become soft there in their warmth and condensation and reach.
We put on the second baking sheet.
And you can already enjoy the first batch!
