Ingredients

Biscuit:
Protein 4 things.
Sugar 300 g
Butter (I took margarine) 125 g
Milk 250 ml
Baking powder 1,5
Flour 250 g
Salt pinch
Zest 1 orange
Cream:
Boiled condensed milk 0.5 cans
Decor:
White chocolate

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Grind softened butter with sugar, add proteins and orange zest, beat for at least 5 minutes until a light creamy mass is obtained. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder and milk there. stir until smooth and gradually add flour, mixing well.
  • Line the bottom of the dish with baking paper, grease with butter and carefully pour out the dough. Bake at a temperature of 50-55 minutes.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the cooled biscuit into two parts, coat with condensed milk. Decorate with grated white chocolate.
  • I baked a sponge cake in a slow cooker, greased a mold with butter. On the Baking mode 60 minutes, then turned it over and set it for another 20 minutes. This creates a beautiful shape and a little blush on both sides. Decorated with marmyshkovy mastic.
  • The cake is very tasty, it is quick enough to prepare, since you do not need to beat the whites. Pleasant citrus aroma and sunshine.

Not in the original recipe. But if you like wetter, you can soak it with standard syrup (water: sugar). Anything else I would not recommend, so as not to interrupt the taste. The biscuit itself with a pronounced orange aroma.
