Pork roll with pistachio-garlic filling with herbs.

Ingredients

Pork belly, or neck 1 kg
Spices, salt, pepper, rosemary, dried basil, fresh parsley.
Pistachios
Garlic 3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into a layer, beat off well, grate, salt, pepper, spices, garlic, pistachio greens finely chop and evenly put on top of the meat, roll into a roll, sprinkle with spices and mustard in grains, tie with a rope and send to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.


  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at t = 200 gr.


  • And this is almost the same only the filling here - peaches and mangoes, beat off the meat as well but
  • rub only with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
