Thank you! I read it, but I found only one thing for my stove - three batches and inexpensive rye bread ... I'll think about how else to form programs ...
Alexandra
The theme recommended by the Village Stove has a solution for absolutely any stove.

Choose any mode from those in your stove.
There is definitely a basic mode.
Place the ingredients in the order recommended in the instructions for your stove.
Turn on main mode.
After finishing 1 batch, turn off the stove with the Stop button.
Turn on main mode again.
After the end of the first batch, turn off the stove again with the stop button.
Take the dough out of the bucket, form a neat bun with your hands greased with vegetable oil.
Take out the spatula (blade) from the bucket
Return the dough to the bucket.
Turn on main mode.

That's all. Now your rye bread is mixed correctly, unnecessary deboning is eliminated, there is enough time to rise, automatic baking is provided.
natalka
Violet, try it without shifting on the "French roll" program. In your oven, this program lasts 3.32, and the time of the last rise is the longest in your programs - 1.00. Can it work out fine? If not, then start experimenting.
Alexandra
The French bun mode is excellent, since it is in this oven, it is necessary not on the main one, but on it.
In this mode, the highest temperature and duration of baking is exactly what rye needs.

But three mixes are too much for rye.
It will be great to run the program before the end of the 2nd batch, turn it off, remove the blade, and re-enable the entire mode from the beginning.
On my Borok I use the French regime in this way for rye.
Violet
I also came up with something ... for example, according to the desired recipe, you can do this - Warm-up program 8 is equal to 30 minutes and immediately off + Warm-up Program 8 is equal to 20 minutes and immediately off. + Mix Prog. 7 is equal to 14 minutes (this The program is fully used) + turn off the oven and wait 1 hour 20 minutes (this is Rise) + Bake Prog. 10 equals 1 hour (this Program is used in full) ...
natalka
Of course you came up with a good idea, but so much fuss ... can quickly get bored. Look for something easier and more effective. In general, use all the options, and then decide which is best.

ABOUT! I still read here on the forum that you can take out the blade, then it will be easier: Warming up 9 is equal to 1 hour 5 minutes (with the blade removed) and immediately off. + Kneading Prog 7 is equal to 14 minutes (this Program is fully used) + turn off the stove and wait 1 hour 20 min (this is Rise) + Bake Prog. 10 equals 1 hour (this Program is used in full)
natalka
And after warming up without a blade, how will you push it (blade) for kneading?

My advice to you is to start baking rye with the Darnitsky recipe from fugaska
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...smf&Itemid=89&topic=596.0
This recipe has never let me down. You can experiment with it (add cumin, coriander, raisins, etc., etc.)
I make on the Delonghi 125S bread maker in the Basic mode without any changes in the program. I think that for Moulinex OW3000 is also the Main one.
Lazy
I bake on my 3000 rye on the main (1st) program, no changes and no problems. only rye flour 1/2.
Violet
Why I don’t want to use my Programs - I want fluffy rye bread, and for this, they wrote, it is necessary that the kneading and Rise be done once ... but I don’t have such a Program ...
In general, what I did was put all the ingredients as I wrote at the beginning, but ... I made a mistake and instead of 7 ml of 5% apples. vinegar poured 3 ml of 9% natural ... mixed up Plus set Warm up to Prog. 9 it is 1 hour 05min and forgot to take out the blade As a result, everything got mixed, although I quickly turned it off ... moved the heating to Prog. 8 (it does not mix there), but since everything was already mixed, then 1 hour of Warming up was already mixed dough ... and then everything was as it should be ... The gingerbread man is normal, the dough came not as usual in rolls 3 times, but 2 times, maybe because rye flour was (1: 1), or maybe because at first I mixed it ... It baked well, it tasted like real black bread with a crispy crust, and it looked like black bread too, the top did not settle, the density was like that of bakeries ... I would like more ... In the end, I also screwed up, put warm bread with a crispy crust in cellophane - as a result, the crust ceased to be crispy, but became ordinary ...

If you want fluffy bread (this does not happen black), then put more wheat flour and less rye.
Link
Darnitskiy from fugaska - excellent rye bread - turns out well in Mulinex on "Basic" program №1.
And if you want one batch and one rise - then knead with a rise - on the "Dough" mode, and baking - on "Baking".
Violet
Yesterday I baked rye garlic ... I did everything strictly according to the recipe that I described at the beginning and put the dry garlic, but when the dough swelled, the mixer could not stir it, I stirred it by hand ... and then the dough did not fit even 2 times, as in the previous case ... It turned out that my accidental mistake (at first everything was mixed, and then warmed up for 50 minutes) turned into a more lush rye bread Here is a photo of garlic bread, it is clearly lower than the first. Now I'll try the recipe from fugaska

There was already the aforementioned malfunction with some kind of floating contact on the front panel. The wife comes running in uzhos, shouts: "KP died to death completely!" I come - really, there are no signs of life. He healed with a light blow of his fist to the butt. At the end of the HP. Since then, the flight is normal, apparently, I realized that the jokes are bad and no one will carry it in the SC if something happens.

So thanks for the advice on fixing (see above on the forum))))))

We bought a Moulinex OW-3000 this week. The second time, the bread turned out excellent, we all really like it, but there is a problem, when we put all the products in the bucket, chose the program, pressed the start button, the oven starts beeping and displays E000, E001, HHH. If you take out / insert the bucket for a long time, or turn on / off the oven from the outlet, it still turns on normally. Has anyone faced a similar problem? Are we doing something wrong? It's hard to go wrong, though. Or is it a glitch of the stove, and it must be carried to the service
Bastinda
Check if the bucket is correctly installed, press until it clicks.

I have such a problem, I have already ruined bread several times, after reading on the forum about how to combine programs, I decided to try ... turn it off, wait 7 minutes, turn it on ... and so 3 times and the bread was black, it was baked, but so on. because it stopped and it was interfered with many times raised it did not rise at all and today I tried the fast mode (with a separate program which) I really didn’t like it, I had to turn it off again and switch to the main one, maybe I’m not doing that, maybe it’s not necessary to turn off the network every time I switch the mode
Z. Y. I just didn't try to press any buttons there .... only from the network.

For nefig. My personal opinion is that it will work out well:
1.or what has been polished on our own experience (by trial),
2. or on the experience of others (read the instructions for the device).
Option 1 is preferable, since I have already made sure that bread makers of the same model bake in different ways.
Everything else is the same option 1. Just don't be afraid of it.
Pannochka
I would also like to clarify about the 10th mode, the instructions say that it is only for heating, but I see many people do not bake it, tell pzhalusta that on the 10th mode it is definitely impossible to bake all the same 60 minutes
scoma
Hello owners of Moulinex 3000.

I have been baking in it for 5 months already. Nice car, enough power to knead everything properly. The only pity is that there is no separate program for rye bread (one good kneading - a long rise - baking). Therefore, you have to combine.

Pannochke.
Mode 10 - real baking. I use it for baking rye bread.

If you need to stop the program, I press the on / off button. Then I pull the plug out of the socket, then immediately I plug the plug into the socket. Then I turn on the desired program. Uncomfortable, but used to it.

I bake black bread like this: program 3 - warming up, as the kneading starts, I immediately switch to program 6 in the manner described above - (one-time kneading of dough + raising), then program 10. Everything is baking normally.

Marye
Bring it to the service. It shouldn't be like that.

Lilyanne
I bake bread balls regularly according to the recipe. Everything turns out delicious and beautiful. I think that you come across substandard products. Therefore, they do not "fold" into the dough.
I've gone through a lot of flour and yeast here. I came to the conclusion that the best flour from Chushka (Finland) by Mullin Paras, butter - New Zealand Ankor, milk - fatter and not "Prostokvashino".
yeast is also imported (for example, saf moment, but not St. Petersburg)
+
I think you've read the recommendations. It is necessary to preliminarily soften the butter and divide it into small pieces, observe the order in which the products are laid, etc.

I wish success to all BREADERS!
Parents bought a Moulinex OW 3000 stove. In the store they were given instructions for Moulinex OW 2000. Please tell me where to find instructions for my stove. Thank you in advance.

Yes, the bucket is not to blame. We took it to the service, we are waiting for the results. As it turned out, on one of the programs (I can't remember now), the baking mode does not turn on. Only the products were transferred.

Marya! We also bought Mulya 3000 last week, the same story, only we kneaded it, and after 10 minutes it peeped on baking and the program started from the very beginning, but at the same time it warmed up so that the plastic inside the lid became soft. When they began to press the buttons on the display, such symbols also appeared. The next day they took her to the store, but they will take her to the service only on Friday (she is under the guarantee of the store for 6 months.) Service in Kharkov, and we live in the region. I wonder where did you buy HP? Maybe it's a defective batch? When you have news about your HP, let me know, otherwise it will take a long time for mine !!!!!!!!

HaTaJIkA, just now I was able to enter the forum.
We bought in Moscow. And already 21 days have passed, but the service has not given an answer until now. Can't figure out the reason. To be honest, I do not understand what is happening, they must confirm that we are not the cause of the malfunction and return the money, and not look for what the problem is.
In general, we decided not to take Moulinex anymore. The build quality is not good at all, although maybe we were just out of luck.

I chose between Panas 254 (we have almost all bakers at work) and Delongy (bribed with the ability to program).
My husband and I went to the store to look at them "live", and as a result, I immediately bought my flossy - bribed the size (my kitchen is only 9 sq. M.)
For almost 2 months of use, I have never regretted it - it bakes perfectly, there are no complaints about anything.

Off-topic: the other day my husband installed a shock sink and a faucet for his mother's friend (sink - approx. $ 300, mixer - almost $ 200, made in Germany - in short, an expensive pleasure). I connected everything, and water is oozing out of the mixer above the "gander". It turned out that the cartridge is cracked, a manufacturing defect. It cannot be repaired, only a replacement.
This I mean that eminent manufacturers sometimes "fall into halepa".

Recently I became the owner of a bread machine. Of course, there were many questions, but I am very grateful to everyone for the advice I read here.
Yesterday I baked the first bread with a howl, according to the Admin recipe, everyone liked it very much. Thank you so much, I will experiment further.

Hi,
And I also have a Mulya 3000. I strongly advise you to try the poppy curl (I never let you down). The recipe for the dough is better - "Just awesome dough", and you can familiarize yourself with the preparation process in the "Poppy curl". I really liked the onion-potato bread on potato flakes (not mashed) and also "Just muffin" from Kroshi (very tasty, but for some reason I had some problems - the second time I did not rise well). Ask if anything. I, too, are still "just learning"
Tati
I really like milk bread according to the second recipe. I do it every other time.
kava
It turns out very tasty bun according to program 4. However, I made some changes. But the taste is amazing, every time I experiment with additives - and the result is always consistently great!

Did you serve this bread like a loaf? Why balls? Is it because of the decoration? How does it taste?

Cupcake baked like a loaf on the 4th program. Bread balls is a translation in the instructions, but in general it is called "Kugelhof Cupcake." Tastes like Easter.

I have already tried the poppy curl, very tasty. I'll try to cook the rest, thanks.

Can you please tell me which program you used to knead the dough for the poppy curl? 6 (pizza dough) or 7 (fresh dough)? Yesterday I decided to be sophisticated and bake a poppy curl, but on the basis of "butter roll" according to the original recipe for HP. I kneaded on program 7, rolled up the rolls, put them in the HP and let them come up for 30 minutes, and then baked on program 10. But the crumb came out tight and the bread did not rise very much. Maybe this filling made my curl heavy? Or am I wrong about the programs?

P.S. But today at work - everyone is delighted with my masterpiece (outwardly it looks very nice)

I kneaded the dough on the 6th program (yeast dough), baked on the 10th. My curl also turned out to be tight, but tasty.

I always turn the curl dough for 4 ("butter dough") 10 minutes before baking, I take it out and make rolls. Always great results. To be honest, I take 300g of poppy seeds for this amount of dough and 300g of walnuts, so I get 2 curls. While the first, the second part of the dough is being baked, it simply lies on a plate - waiting in the wings. I bake the second curl already at 10. Consistently excellent result!
Tati
I did a curl, but not with poppy seeds, but cinnamon with sugar. I took the dough according to the recipe * just awesome dough *. It turned out delicious. The dough looks like a calorie-type bun.
Please tell me where can I download the BOOK OF RECIPES for the Moulinex 3000 bread machine? :) I read on the Internet that the set should include a recipe book, but I didn't have it, there were a couple of recipes in the book on the operation of the bread machine itself.
domani
kebu, so there was no separate book of recipes for our Mula (at least, neither me, nor my friends). All there is is a few recipes in the manual. But you shouldn't be upset about this at all - on this very site you can find a huge variety of recipes. So keep looking. If anything - ask, here they will always prompt and help.

Maybe not specifically to our model, but to Moulinex for sure. In great detail and with pictures. Good luck

And try on this page on the left side in the manufacturers to select Moulinex and the 5004 model, there will be a recipe book "From Borodino bread to French baguette". Download and use pre-calculated (if necessary) the amount of ingredients for your stove.

🔗 Well, this is a problem in the service itself, or rather, in the heads of those workers. Do you think the pros work there?

Now closer to the body. Now Mulinex is assembled in China. I do not like? Find the "native" assembly and compare. You will not find any differences! Examine all the devices in your home ... I guarantee you that everything will be with the presence of a Chinese hand! And for God's sake, don’t sing a war song to me that your computer is from the United States. Americans also have everything Chinese.

But the fact that it is not your fault is easy to refute.

Wind on your mustache and turn on the thinker:
Today I bought Moulinex 3001-01 of the Home Brid line. I took it without even checking it. Brought home, unpacked. I examined everything carefully. I put it in a place where there will be no static, no drafts, no high or low humidity. I plugged it into an EARTHED socket, which (I know for sure) has 230 Volts constant.
I baked the first bread in my life and everything turned out just fabulous! Now you can't persuade me to buy store bread. The little son, who hated bread, grabbed three pieces without anything! And I am sure that this stove will work and work for many years.

Someone is dissatisfied that they "made a sound" and the program started again ... So this is an elementary leap in spur!

Ground sockets, install strong stabilizers! No surge protectors. These are just filters to cut off network noise. And then there will be no problems.

I chose in the same way, between Panasonic and Delongy (the first was really not available, and the second I didn’t really like the build quality), but I liked (and suited better in design) the Mulineshka 3000. At first I could not get enough of it, but did not last long and over time she began to under-bake, and eventually began to give out hot dough. I gave it to be repaired and decided to buy Panasonic. I waited for Mulineshka from repair for about three months, meanwhile I was looking for Panasonic. Mullieshka was returned from repair in excellent condition. She began to bake much better than even at the beginning, but this did not weaken my desire to buy Panasonic and by the new 2008 I was lucky to catch up with him in the store. As a result, I have never regretted that I changed Moulinex to Panasonic 255, and also bought a Panasonic 253 as a second oven (there is a mode of Italian bread, which I personally lack in 255). The bread in them really turns out to be different. It is difficult to explain with what, but different.

Tell me the answer to this question: I bake at the rate of 1000g of bread. At the exit - 750g. ready-made bread. Is that how it should be? Then scratch on the stove mode 1000, not 750? Or is 1000g the maximum weight of the loaded products?
