I wound the dough on the rolling pin itself and inserted a rolling pin along the length into a glass (I have a rectangular) shape, the rolling pin handles just fit onto the side of the mold, and the dough seemed to hang on the rolling pin above the mold and everything was baked beautifully, you didn't even need to turn the rolling pin.
