Girls, I haven't wanted anything for a long time. There is an Airfryer, a multicooker, a microwave oven, a bunch of all sorts of small appliances. And something I calmed down. And then suddenly AF! I have DR in April. Maybe I want her? Only I got confused: what is it exactly called? Is it Tefal or Phillips? Need small or large? I have a family of two, children and parents only visit. Write, if not difficult, the full name of the model and where it is better to buy in Moscow.

I sit and think I can also make meat, so I have beef, in the marinator, and then in AF. I hesitate, and suddenly it will be dry. Advise?

It depends on what kind of beef. If marble, then it will be nice in AF, if ordinary, then I only extinguish it.

I like AF more! Due to their design, the dishes in the AF differ from the dishes in the AG in greater juiciness, the complex dough turns out somehow more tender and layered.

Can I break in? In AFray (Hotter) there is no glass flask, instead of it there is an iron frying pan - this time (however, there is an expansion ring, which, like in a regular AG, is pointed from above into the frying pan, well, you can also buy a glass flask in the same way, if there is a need); you can insert a stirring spatula into an iron pan, but you can not insert it - that's two.

Isn't this particular Hotter an air fryer? They call him Aerofray - the same thing only in English ...

And isn't AF a pan with a stirrer? I just never saw either one or the other. From the descriptions, I came to the conclusion that they are one and the same

I understand that as standard it comes with an AF pan, but you can buy a glass flask, and you get AG.
Or am I confusing something?

This is exactly what it is. But you don't have to buy a glass flask, but put air grill grates (in the complete set) in the pan. Sense of buying a flask?

And also in the AG Hotter 1037 Classic mini line. There, a frying pan with a stirrer is inserted into a glass flask - it is included in the complete set. That is, if you take off the frying pan, you have AG, and if you put it on, AF.

That is, in an AG with an effect (result) stirrer, how can it fail in AF?
shelma
: Verina Natalya, is there a ten or a halogen lamp?
Stafa
I will say from my lazy position. I have both AG and AF. In fact, these are almost the same devices.

1. But due to its internal compactness and the structure of the bowl and basket, air is blown in it to the full, in the AG you need to adapt everything somewhere, and this is sometimes lazy.

2. Further, in AF it is getting ready 2 times faster almost from the AG. Due to this, the dish is juicier on the inside, toasty on the outside. See Tanyulya's photos, everything is always so beautiful, but it tastes.

3. Washing - AH needs to shovel so many spare parts, then wash that sickly bowl. In AF, you can forget if you wash lazily and you can't see it, and wash it later, everything will fall off without straining (soot). In terms of the complexity of washing - if you get a brush - the process of washing the basket becomes simply easy. The rest - a bowl and a body - washes and wipes quickly and easily.

4. For cooking - I poured food into the AF basket and you don't have to look for a vessel in which you need to make French fries (in AG). And in AG, you need to interfere with potatoes a couple of times, but this is not very convenient. In AF, just shake the basket. With baking biscuits and omelets, of course, this option will not work, there you also need some form of nitto. But this is not the main purpose of AF, so so far there have not been such acute problems with the forms.

I don't have an AG with a stirrer, but the AF differs from the usual AG. Regular AF croutons turn out to be more crunchy.

I do not have an oven and I made crackers in a grill micra, in AG and AF. The most delicious croutons in AF, they are like popcorn - from the inside as if airy, but from the outside they are crumb.

Heating elements in hotters.
Vei
I have a feeling that we are looking at different units and read different information.
This is not 1037, but 4001 with a heating element:

What is HOTTER HX-4001 Multi?
Its appearance, design (no glass flask, removable metal bowl and high upper transparent part), 2 convection speeds will seem familiar to those who used the Jet Stream American Harvest oven (Nesco, etc.) produced in the 90s.
But the HX-4001 Multi is much more modern and perfect! It has a modern design, a glass cover (not plastic), a direct drive to the fan (without a drive belt - belts, which often break), and most importantly - a unique HOTTER-system of automatic stirring in a counterflow of hot air, which is implemented in the HOTTER SF mini airfryer -series!
It is available in different colors and can be used with a standard glass bulb from the HOTTER airfryer.
Basic functionality:
Cooks on a wire rack, like a regular airfryer - fish, meat steaks; kebabs, vegetables; whole chicken or in pieces (legs, wings), etc.
Cooks in a working bowl in stirring mode with a minimum amount of oil: fried potatoes, vegetables, stews, and other minced meat and fish dishes, seafood, mushrooms, frozen foods, fried dumplings.
Heats up (without microwave radiation) on a wire rack, in a working bowl or on a plate. An excellent replacement for the microwave in the office, at home or in the country.
AIRFRITER! For those who love fried meat and potatoes! Replacing a conventional deep fat fryer - no need for a lot of oil!
An original gift for a man-hunter or a fisherman and everyone living in the metropolis who are not used to a banal frying pan, lovers of fried meat! And also an excellent replacement for barbecue for a long winter period
He prepares original and exotic dishes of stir-fry (stir-fry) in automatic mode without the Chinese frying pan "wok", without the "durability test" of the sense of smell of households and neighbors and the need to use a powerful hood (there are preset recipes).
The volume of 8-12 liters is enough for cooking for the whole family! (Increased by a metal ring).

It starts to clear up, I'm looking at the name of the topic - Air fryer, I saw Tefal in the store called AIR FRYER, the consultant explained what it was, said that with a stirrer, so I realized that the essence of AF is in blowing with a stirrer

Imagine my surprise that I'm offtopic

Moreover, both the one and the other have almost nothing to do with the subject)))
In the section about airfryer there is a topic about hotter stirrers.

And the LOCAL AF does not interfere with anything, but this is not required from her)))

This morning I quickly fried my wings (pickled the day before) - I have to take it with me for lunch, my daughter should eat at home)))
I threw the wings (8 pieces) into a basket, put them in a preheated AF for 15 minutes, then wiggled them for another 10 minutes. stuck it in. Before leaving, I pulled out 4 things for myself, put it in a jar and galloped to work)))
... Hurry lunch ...

Hello everybody! Here I am, finally with AF. We didn't have to wait until Saturday. They brought the little one, she was the only one.I am so glad! I thought I would completely remain without AF with my primary wishes "I want a little black one." Already brought home and cooked the fish. She put it on the table as it was. I think that if you don't point your finger at my husband, he won't notice.

Girls-boys, thank you all very much for sharing your impressions, thanks to which, since March 7, after long and painful races for the "brunette", I spat and got a "violet". Kaaaaaaak she helped me out on the 8th And since then every day I get more and more taste. Forgive me that without pictures, they (my men) still crackle while the timer is sounding, in my opinion ... I made wings, puff baskets with spinach, apples in a handkerchief, cutlets, and, of course, potatoes in all forms. Everything is just a fairy tale. the only thing that didn't impress was the cutlets (they smoked a lot and a little dry, as for my taste), but this probably just needs to be adjusted with the recipe. And now a question for everyone: poke me, pliz, nose, into the list of these very recipes for our multi-fry

I wonder how many of us are Af owners? In my opinion, in the section "Recipes for Kitchen Appliances" it is necessary to add a subsection "AF". I've read the topic "Milk Cooker" and made sure that I did not fully use its capabilities, so, probably, it can happen with AF.
The experience of members of the forum is priceless. So I walk around the apartment and think what else to try to throw in Af. Not prepared for the AF meeting

For example, I, for example, no matter how much I cook for specifically set minutes, sometimes not overcooked, sometimes overcooked, so I always look in appearance and do not know how many minutes it took in general.

Maybe someone will be interested in information about a child or white smoke. It appears when the fat flows into the pan. Phillips' website suggests that the fat be periodically collected with a paper towel so that it does not smudge. But this is, of course, inconvenient. The easiest way is to line the bottom with foil - bending the edges a little. The foil does not get very hot and there is no smoke.
