Yes, can you tell us more about gravy, vegetables through a meat grinder? why should she be in the freezer?
Aunt Besya
And actually I have no recipe, the proportions are arbitrary;) Frost, let's say, young zucchini, in order to stuff them in winter, removed the middle. So these middle with undeveloped seeds, "ass" from zucchini, carrots, tomatoes that are not suitable for conservation for one reason or another (broken, crumpled, overripe), onions, I crumble everything and put it in a slow cooker for "stewing". You can add spices, or later. when it will be used, but in my opinion, it is better to get vegetables and spices right away. Then in disposable containers and in the freezer. Why in the freezer? Well, firstly, there are no preservatives, for example, vinegar or the amount of salt necessary for long-term storage.
If necessary, I take it out and again in a cartoon - ready-made sauce, it remains only to throw meatballs, hedgehogs, stuffed peppers, stuffed zucchini there, bring it "to taste" and the dish is ready. cooking time in winter

Aunt Basya, thanks for the answer. So, you can just pour it into jars and store it on the loggia, otherwise there is not enough space in the freezer. I make zucchini caviar without vinegar, I don't sterilize jars with it, and I have it just fine until spring. And now I will have a generally waste-free production.

Thank you for the recipe, very simple, quick and waste-free, I will definitely try it next year.
