Grease with sour cream on top, put butter "flakes" with a teaspoon and bake in preheated to T 200 ° (convection 180 °) until cooked for 20-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese (I have feta) and put it back in the oven for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
