Cooking method

  • Defrost the puff pastry, cut into squares, put the filling in the middle, fasten the edges with an envelope. Since the dough is still yeast, I left it for an approach for 15-20 minutes.

  • As a filler - sweets "Lazy cream" (soft creamy toffee) and steamed candied fruits - sweet cherries

  • Baking in AG - on the lower rack at 235 * C, unfortunately I did not remember the time - about 20 - 30 minutes, I was guided by the degree of browning.

  • the puffs were baked in AG - as an experiment, they turned out to be very decent - even better than from the oven - softer and more airy, in the oven - a little more harsh, but not a fact, maybe the dough was just not very


The total cooking time is approximately

20-30 MINUTES.
