Ingredients

Cooking method

  • When cool, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • The recipe is designed for a cake pan with a diameter of 21-23 cm.

  • I didn't have such a shape, so the cake turned out to be rather low. And there is no bottom layer of nuts. Zaturilas and immediately dumped the dough into the mold. But it’s very tasty.

Butter was greedy, put 100 grams of butter and 150 grams of sour cream, respectively. Silicone mold, well-known "Winter Palace". The tops are a bit burnt, I had to cut them off. But the cake itself turned out to be very tasty, soft, moderately sweet. With a cup of coffee it is the most.
