Wheat flour 260g
Whole grain wheat flour 140g
Water 200g
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Pressed yeast 4g
Sesame oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Starter cultures of 100% moisture, fed with whole grain wheat flour (30 g starter + 60 g water + 60 g wheat flour c / grain)
  • Kneading in a bread maker in the "Whole Grain" mode until the last deboning.
  • Forming, proofing in a basket for 1 hour.
  • Baking on the hearth for the first 10 minutes with steam at 230 * C and another 30 minutes. at 180 * C.

For the first time, I adhered to the recipe exactly. It turned out to be a good tasty bread:
