  • I sent it all to stand for another 5 hours.
  • I rubbed all this splendor through the sieve, only the sticky mass flowed down, the slurry from the crust remained in the sieve, threw it out.
  • The next step was to mix half a bag of baking powder with flour, about a glass, added 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • salt, sugar, and a little kefir was left in the fridge - it boiled.
  • Beat everything with a blender at high speed.

  • You can cook pancakes !!!! In a skillet - in vegetable oil.
  • But my soul was torn into a creative exasse - I wanted something else ...
  • I tried to fry pancakes, and put the minced meat on top, and then close it again with a chop ... It turned out sloppy, the minced meat dripped from the pancake, started to burn ... I got out of the situation like this:
  • I cooked meat (I have pork) on the airfryer and chopped it with a blender.
  • The pieces of meat turned out to be dry, what you need!

  • Now we are boldly waiting for the frying pan with vegetable oil to heat up, pour pancakes, wait a little for it to bake and pour in a little dry meat filling. Next, carefully pour the dough - preferably with a spoon.
  • We turn it over just once!
  • The pancakes are ready - on a paper napkin - let the excess oil be absorbed.
