Eight of the most popular programs make it easy to prepare a wide variety of dishes - from cereals and steamed dishes to roasts and pastries. Use the device only for its intended purpose, as described in this manual. Improper handling of the device can result in damage to the device and damage to the user or his property.

• Do not leave the lid of the device open during operation, except for the "Fry" program.

• Use the device and its parts strictly for their intended purpose. Do not use the bowl for cooking food, placing it on heating devices or hobs.

• Do not replace the bowl with another container.

• Make sure that the surface of the heating element and the bottom of the bowl (9) are always clean and dry.

• Do not use the bowl as a mixing container. Never grind food directly in the bowl to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.

• Do not use the bowl if it is deformed or if the non-stick coating is broken.

• Never leave or store any foreign objects in the bowl.

• When cooking food in the bowl, stir only with a plastic ladle (12).

• Do not use metal objects that could damage the non-stick coating of the bowl.

• Before choosing a cooking mode, make sure that the bowl is installed correctly.

• When preparing food with herbs and spices, it is recommended to wash the bowl (9) immediately after cooking.

• After finishing cooking, to avoid damaging the non-stick coating, do not place the bowl (9) directly under cold water, let it cool down first.

• The bowl (9) is not dishwasher safe.

Before first use

After transporting or storing the device at a low temperature, keep it at room temperature for at least three hours.

- Remove the device from the packaging, remove all packing materials and any stickers that interfere with the normal operation of the multi brew.

- Place the multicooker on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from all kitchen heat sources (such as a gas stove, electric stove or hob).

- Install the device so that there is a distance of at least 20 cm from the wall to the multicooker body, and the free space above it is at least 30-40 cm.

- Do not place the device in close proximity to objects that could be damaged by the high temperature of the escaping steam.

Attention! Do not place the device near bathtubs, sinks or other containers filled with water.

- Open the cover (3) by pressing the button (4).

- Wash all removable parts - bowl (9), steaming tray (10), ladle (12) and measuring cup (11) - with a soft sponge with a neutral detergent, rinse with running water and dry.

- Wipe the body of the device (1) with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.

Using a multicooker

Attention!

• Never leave the operating device unattended.

• When using the multicooker for the first time, a foreign smell from the heating element may appear, this is permissible.

• Before starting cooking, make sure that the multicooker lid is tightly closed.

• To avoid getting burned, be careful when opening the lid (3), do not bend over the steam outlet (6) while the multicooker is in operation, do not place any open parts of your body over the bowl (9)!

• Check the readiness of the food during the cooking process, stir the food with a plastic spoon (12) if necessary. Do not use metal objects that could scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (9).

• Do not leave the plastic ladle (12) inside the bowl.

Place the food in the bowl (9) according to the recipe (see the recipe book). Note: Make sure that the volume of ingredients together with the liquid does not exceed the maximum level mark "8" and is not lower than the minimum level mark "2".

General example of laying food and water (rice is considered as an example)

Measure out the rice with a measuring cup (11) (about 160 g of rice in one measuring cup), rinse the rice and place it in the bowl (9). The water level required for a certain amount of rice (measured in cups) is indicated on the scale inside the bowl (9). Pour water up to the appropriate mark.

Example: After adding four measuring cups of cereal, pour water up to the “4” mark. For liquid cereals, we recommend using rice and water in a 1: 3 ratio.

Place the bowl (9) in the working chamber of the device. Make sure that the outside of the bowl is clean and dry, and that the bowl itself is installed without distortion and firmly in contact with the surface of the heating element.

Notes:

- do not use the bowl (9) for washing cereals or cut food in it, this may damage the non-stick coating,

- make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt or moisture in the cooking compartment and on the bottom of the bowl (9),

- wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (9) dry before use,

- there is a temperature sensor in the middle of the heating element. Make sure that nothing interferes with the free movement of the sensor.

• if you are cooking food with steam, pour water into the bowl (9) so that the boiling water does not touch the bottom of the tray (10). Place the food in the tray (10) and place it in the bowl (9).

• Close the cover (3) until you hear a click.

• Insert the plug of the power cord into the socket (8) and the plug of the power cord into an electrical outlet.

The main functions of the multicooker

Turning on the multicooker (standby mode)

- After connecting the multicooker to the electrical network, you will hear a short beep.

- Start multi brewing by pressing the button (14),

the display (13) will show “”.

- The device has entered standby mode and is ready for use.

Note: - pressing each button is accompanied by a short beep.

Selecting a cooking program and starting it

- In standby mode, to select a cooking program, press the "MENU" button (15).

- Programs are selected in the following sequence: "Porridge", "Pilaf", "Steaming", "Frying", "Stewing", "Baking", "Soup", Rice ", while the cooking program indicators on the control panel will light up one by one (2).

- The display (13) will show flashing numeric symbols representing the default cooking time.

- After selecting the desired cooking program and setting the cooking time, the display (13) will show flashing cooking time symbols for 10 seconds.

- After 10 seconds, the cooking program will start, the digital symbols of the cooking time will light up constantly, the countdown will start until the end of the cooking program (see the table "Cooking programs and their duration").

Note:

- data on cooking times are for guidance only.

- the result of cooking food in automatic programs depends on the amount of food and the amount of added liquid, as well as the temperature of the food.

- the temperature of food before cooking should be approximately 20-25 ° C.

- setting the duration of the cooking time is not available for the "Rice" program. - watch the rice as it is cooked, if necessary stir the rice with a plastic ladle (12).

Changing the running time of a cooking program

- After selecting a cooking program, the display (13) will show flashing numeric symbols for the default program run time.

- To change the running time of the program, press the buttons (16) "-", "+".

- After changing the time of the program, after 10 seconds the multicooker will turn on, the digital symbols of the time will glow constantly and the countdown will begin until the end of the program.

Note: - setting the cooking time is not available in the "Rice" program.

Canceling the selected cooking program

- To cancel the selected cooking program during the program setting, press the button (14) once, the multicooker will go into standby mode, continue the selection of the cooking program by pressing the “MENU” button (15).

- To cancel a cooking program while the set program is running, press the button (14) once, a long beep will sound and the multicooker will turn off.

End of a cooking program

- After the end of the cooking program, 10 short beeps will sound, the display (13) will show the digital symbols "0:00".

- Depending on the selected cooking program, the device will automatically switch to the keep warm mode, and the heating function indicator in the button (14) will light up.

- To end the cooking program, press the button (14) once, a long beep will sound and the multicooker will turn off.

Keep warm function

- After completing certain cooking programs, the multicooker will automatically switch to maintaining the temperature, while the display (13) will show the digital symbols "0:00" and the indicator of the heating function in the button (14) will light up.

- The operating time of the keep warm function will be shown in digital symbols on the display (13).

- The maximum operating time of the temperature hold function is 12 hours.

- The temperature of the temperature maintenance function is 65-8СГС.

- To disable the keep warm function, press the button (14) once, a long beep will sound and the multicooker will turn off.

Note:

- despite the fact that the device maintains the temperature of the prepared food up to 12 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the multicooker bowl for a long time, as this can cause food spoilage.

- the keep warm function works in all cooking programs, except for the "Fry" program.

Delayed start function

Use this feature if you want

postpone the start of cooking for

a certain time.

- To set the delayed start time, in standby mode, press the button (17), while the display (13) will show flashing numeric symbols of the delayed start time (by default 30 minutes) and the delayed start indicator in the button (17) will light up.

- By pressing the buttons (16) "-", "+" set the required time before cooking (possible setting time 0.5-15 hours).

- After setting the delayed start time, press the "MENU" button (15) to select the cooking program, after 10 seconds the flashing digital symbols of the set delayed start time will stop flashing and will remain on continuously,the countdown of the delayed start time will begin and the indicator in the button (17) will light up.

- When the delayed start time has expired, the multicooker will turn on and start cooking food in the set cooking program.

- To disable the delayed start function, press the button (14) once, a long beep will sound and the multicooker will turn off.

Note: - the delayed start function is not

works in the programs "Frying" and "Baking".

Cleaning and maintenance

• Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and let the device cool down.

• Remove the condensate collection container (7) as it is full, pour out the accumulated liquid from it.

• Remove the steam valve (6) from the cover (3) upwards.

• Disassemble the steam valve (6), hold the valve (6) by the bottom with one hand and turn the top of the valve counterclockwise with the other hand.

• Rinse the valve (6) with warm water with the addition of a neutral detergent, dry it, assemble the valve (6) and place it in the cover (3).

• Wipe the body (1) and cover (3) with a slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.

• Wipe the cover (3) from the inside, pay attention to the condition of the silicone gasket, if any defects are found in the gasket, stop using the multicooker and contact the service center to replace the gasket.

• Rinse the bowl (9), steaming tray (10), measuring cup (11), ladle (12) with warm water and a neutral detergent, rinse with running water and dry.

• Do not put the bowl (9) in the dishwasher.

• Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold) with a soft dry cloth, under no circumstances let water or any other liquid get inside the multicooker body.

• Do not immerse the multicooker body, power cord and power plug in water or any other liquid.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents to clean the multicooker and accessories.

Storage

• Disconnect the multicooker from the mains, wait until it cools completely and clean the multicooker.

• Store the device in a cool dry place out of the reach of children.
