Dried pineapple glass (240 ml)

Cooking method

BREAD WONDERFUL !!!! I already tried it, but I made the preparation a little easier. I did not particularly bother and "poured-imposed" into a bucket: juice (2.5 oranges turned out), milk and butter (softened), zest, salt, sugar (did not mix anything separately), then flour and yeast. And at the signal - 1/2 cup of pineapples (there was no more - the child ate). But the bread came out - a feast for the eyes. Almost rested against the HP cover - airy, fragrant. Last night I decided to do something, well, let's say "for tea" - but I found out that there are not a lot of rich and sweet products, but "in the butt")) I began to look for a recipe so that there was enough for the products, and that sweet - at least approximately, because like sons in the morning - one to the kindergarten, the other to school without tea and bread!
I looked after yesterday well, just a lot, a lot of recipes, but I stopped looking at this - it seemed that it was simple and not troublesome, and there were a minimum of products!)))
There were oranges at home, but small, and they were only enough for 200 ml of juice, (brought up to 330 ml with water), but zedryyyy)))))) well, you know)))
Butter was replaced with margarine, instead of candied fruits, a glass of raisins in flour and a handful of chopped walnuts were thrown into the dough at a signal. I went up just super! He rested on the lid of the bread, then, however, when baking, he directly sank a little, did not fail, did not fall, namely, a little donkey. I baked in the main mode - the crust is dark (well, I love fried bread). The result, when taken out - exceeded all expectations !!!
It turned out with a crispy crust, not very thick, tall, tender, even with your lips, fine-pored bread, with an orange flavor, with the sourness of an orange

So I baked your bread. I kept thinking how to use "unwanted, lying oranges". There were 3.2 oranges of them red and one tangerine, otherwise there would not be enough juice. I added multi-colored candied fruits on a picane. When the baking went, the smell was breathtaking. The bread came out high, but did not rest on the lid.Baked on a medium crust (something on a dark one began to fry strongly). It turned out to be a large, heavy (1kg 66gr.) And golden loaf (if you can call it that). Delicious dessert bread. My son and I shoved the pieces into the toaster and with butter-aaammm! for breakfast, great !!! Thank you!!!!

Thanks for an interesting recipe. Everything worked out, just replaced the 60 g butter with 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, instead of pineapples I took 150 g of dried apricots and, accordingly, reduced the water by 10 ml.

I took this recipe, counted it for 400 g of flour, instead of pineapples I took dried cherries, tangerines and dried apricots, and instead of all the liquid I added the orange-mango "Aktual". This is a whey drink.

I did everything exactly according to the recipe, but, unfortunately, he hardly got up, I suspect that the candied fruit, loving, poured too generously. She took the rest to work, even this one was swept away instantly. Now the next one is baking, with fewer pineapples, I hope it will rise as it should.
Only even on a medium crust it turned out too fried for me, now I will put it on a light one.

P.S. And at my work, on the contrary, they changed their minds about buying a bread maker, the baked goods are too tasty, they all lose weight, but here SUCH a temptation and no willpower
