Cooking method

  • I switch the speed to number 2 and make a strong kneading of the dough, beating against the walls and bring the dough to a plastic state. the dough is very soft. total kneading lasts 15-18 minutes and depends on the consistency of the resulting dough.

  • The dough all fell into the bowl, when you press on the dough, you feel tension and elasticity - the gluten has worked yeast ready to work on raising the dough.

I didn't want to initially make such a large bread, but the presence of bananas (only 2 small ones!), Orange juice made their own adjustments to the dough, I had to adjust the consistency of the dough.

As a result, the bread turned out to be great!

The crumb of the bread is soft, with the aroma of both orange and banana, the taste is creamy, slightly sweetish from fruits. The color of the bread is a little grayish from bananas.

Bread crust is baked stronger than regular wheat bread, influenced by sweet bananas and sugar
