Hello.
I would like to ask for help.
The service did not want to answer. And as far as I understand, they don't repair the stove mechanics at all.
The problem is as follows:
My bread machine has a loose shaft, on which the bucket is placed and the gear belt falls off.
I barely disassembled the bread maker We repair the bread maker ourselves
The shaft dangles in the hub. the gap is minimal.
It seems that there was some kind of thin graphite bushing or something else that had crumbled. The gap is a fraction of a millimeter.

Can someone tell me some good advice. Or he knows what really should be there.
Bread maker Liberton 03, with one stirrer.
I know that there are a lot of similar stoves, differing only in the logo.

The dealership can do nothing.
In the service, they take a fifth of the cost of the stove for a look.
But as far as I understand, they will look, take the money and make a helpless gesture, since the order for spare parts from China is from 3 months.
If, nevertheless, they bring it, then for the repair I will have to pay 60-70 percent of the cost of the new furnace, which you yourself understand stupidity.

And how to disassemble the bread maker cup?

Dnipro75 Where the shaft is inserted, it is very similar to a bronze-graphite bushing (it is difficult to see, but usually these units are designed like this or rotation in a rolling bearing)
So this sleeve was carried out, partly the shaft too. But as a rule, in such a pair, a bronze-graphite sleeve is carried.
Repair option, selection of the sleeve by size, followed by punching out the old one and pressing in a new sleeve.

After a year and a half of operation (2-3 times a week), the stirrer of my bread machine failed. The noise from the engine came on, but the drive did not rotate. It is not difficult to disassemble the stove, this will require: a Phillips screwdriver with a long (200 mm) sting, a Phillips screwdriver with a short (50 mm) sting, a straight screwdriver with a split (two mustache) sting, an 8-mm wrench.
Pre-disconnect the bread maker from the power supply and remove the bucket.
1. Turn the stove upside down and unscrew the four self-tapping screws in the grooves of the bottom cover (two cross and two for a split screwdriver).
2. We put the oven in its normal position and open the lid. Unscrew with a short (50 mm) Phillips screwdriver upper the screw for attaching the heating element through the ceramic spacer (do not touch the lower one), on the inner side wall under the cover.
3. Use a long (200 mm) Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the eight screws (under the heating element) securing the side walls of the heat compartment with its metal base.
4. Carefully lift the top of the bread machine, separating it from the base and turning it forward 90 degrees, disconnect the control harness connector from the power board (standing vertically on the base) by pressing the tab at the top of the connector.
5. Disconnect the power cord connector (on the power board) in the same way and unscrew the screw securing the ground lug to the metal chassis. We turn off the six self-tapping screws for attaching the metal chassis to the plastic base of the stove with a long Phillips screwdriver. The self-tapping screw in the front of the chassis under the engine - we turn it off last, and turn it on - first (due to the inconvenience of location under the motor ledge). We cut through the nylon cable tie on the power board, remove and turn over the chassis with the agitator motor, heating element and power board attached to it. Do not loose the four black alignment caps on the chassis-to-plastic base posts.

6. Unscrew the nut securing the large pulley and remove it from the shaft.

The cause of the malfunction: increased backlash (free play) of the large agitator drive pulley landing on the shaft, which caused the pulley to swing during operation and, as a result, the belt slipped off.To put it simply, the plastic pulley "frayed" on the steel shaft under load. At the same time, the belt was badly damaged, but, fortunately, did not break. It was decided to eliminate the cause by strengthening the fastening of the pulley to the shaft. For this...

7. Select several washers (with an inner diameter of 8 mm) so that when they are installed under the pulley on the drive shaft, the steel plate of the pulley amplifier is slightly higher (by 0.3-0.5 mm) than the threaded shoulder of the shaft.

8. Another washer with an inner diameter of 8mm is selected so that its outer edges do not go beyond the dimensions of the pulley amplifier plate.

After making sure that the parts fit correctly, we assemble the unit.

The final view of the assembled unit:

The assembly is carried out in the reverse order, with intermediate washing and cleaning of parts as needed, remembering that the strap is first put on a smaller diameter, and then, with turning, on a larger one.

I think that a similar defect may appear on models from other manufacturers. For the purpose of prevention, two more bread makers of the same model, which worked with lower loads, were similarly modified. Inspection of their parts confirmed the tendency of the assembly to future failures.

Thank you very much for your repair advice. I had the same breakdown. Thanks to you, I bake again and make my family happy !!!!

Install NK series needle bearings ... and you will forget about this problem. For the seventh year now, everything works for me with daily baking without problems. There is no backlash at all and the oil seal is not produced. Lubricated with Teflon last time two years ago. By the way, the engine drive also had to be converted to needle bearings - there is the same problem - the bushing and the shaft are eating out. I had to sharpen a new shaft under the bearing NK121818. It has been working for two years without any problems. There is no backlash at all. In general, with the help of needle bearings, I managed to achieve long-term reliable operation of the bread machine.

In a similar case, FUM tapes made of fluoroplastic helped me - wind it on the shaft in the required amount or make a flagellum for a recess on the shaft. Good luck!
