Meatball Soup

Ingredients

Minced lean pork 200 g
Potato 1 PC.
Bulb 1 PC.
Small carrot 1 PC.
Garlic 1 slice
Leek 1 feather
Lavrushka 2 sheets
Black peppercorns 5-10 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Pts. finely chopped carrots, potatoes, a whole onion, put in a saucepan with cold water.
  • Pepper, lavrushka, too. Saucepan over moderate heat.
  • Make small meatball balls from minced meat. Are the vegetables almost ready?
  • Dip the meatballs into the soup. Do not cook the lavrushka for more than 10 minutes. Pull out and discard.
  • The meatballs are cooked for 5 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped garlic + finely chopped leeks, salt.
  • I discard the onion from the finished soup.
  • Cook for a couple more minutes and that's it.
  • I pour a little water. My soup is not thin, but rather thick, but there is enough liquid.
