Ingredients
Wheat flour	1.5 tbsp.
Salt	pinch
Butter	125 g
Egg + additional 1 egg for brushing	1 PC.
Powdered sugar	3 tbsp. l.
Sour cream	1 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar	1 sachet
Soda	on the tip of a knife
Roasted and shelled peanuts	0.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

• Beat the softened butter until white with salt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and sour cream, stir, add soda and sifted flour in portions, knead the soft dough for 30 seconds (you cannot knead for a long time, since the dough will turn out to be rough). Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic and cool for now in the refrigerator.
• Cover the baking sheet with parchment, turn on the oven at 200-210 degrees. Beat the egg with a fork in a bowl. Mash the peanuts with a rolling pin so that both small and large pieces come across.
• Put the dough on the table sprinkled with flour, divide into 4 parts, roll out circles no more than 0.5 cm thick, cut circles on a saucer or small plate, make small round holes in the middle.
• Transfer the rings to a baking sheet.
• Grease thickly with an egg, then sprinkle generously with peanuts, you can crush it slightly into the dough, but not much.
• Bake rings until slightly golden brown, do not overexpose in the oven.
