Instant drink "Shokolit"
(or "Nesquik")

Cream 38% fat

Cooking method

  • Divide the dough into two parts.
  • Grease the form with butter and bake each cake separately in heated to 175-180 degrees. oven.

  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Pour in grows. oil.

  • Pour the cream into a saucepan and place over low heat. Break the chocolate and dissolve in the cream. Add chocolate paste. The syrup needs to be stirred. Bring the syrup to the boil, but do not boil.

  • Pour the first crust with plenty of hot syrup, then pour abundantly on the second crust and sides of the cake. Decorate the cake with coconut flakes.
