Ingredients

White cabbage 1-1.2 kg.
grated carrots (frozen) 3 tbsp. l.
bell pepper cubes (frozen) 3 tbsp. l.
garlic arrow paste 1 tbsp. l.
cherry tomatoes (frozen) 5 pieces.
bulb onions 150 gr.
vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Of course, everyone knows how to stew cabbage. I want to show how I stew it using frozen vegetables in the Tefal RK-816E32 multicooker
  • She poured vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Chopped the cabbage into strips, then cut it into small rectangles, added some salt, wrinkled it a little with your hands, put it in a bowl. Peeled the onion and cut into cubes, put it on top of the cabbage. Then I took out the vegetables from the freezer, took the carrots, grated on a fine grater, diced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes (cut the frozen ones straight in half), chopped off a piece of garlic paste, put everything on top of the cabbage.
  • I set the "Quenching" program for 30 minutes, mixed everything at the signal and added another 30 minutes. At the end of the program, I switched on the "Frying" program for 10 minutes, but since it is very active here, it took 5 minutes to fry the ready-made cabbage a little.
