Chicken rolls with cheese sauce

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts / Fillets 2 pcs
Cheese slices 1 package
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Dill 1 bundle
Vegetable oil
salt pepper
For the sauce:
Processed cheese 125 g
Cream 10% 200 g
Garlic 0.5 heads
Parsley dill 2 branches
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Here is the first snow. But not the one we dreamed about in hot summer, not light sparkling, but wet, with rain and a piercing wind. From the window, the distant forest is still visible in thick yellow and green spots, but this is only from afar. If you drive closer, you can see that the forest has become mesmerizingly transparent. Autumn… perhaps this is the season I love the most. And not only bright and colorful, with a bottomless blue sky, but also today, wet, with rain and a piercing wind. Light clothes were removed, jackets and scarves took their place in the closet. And it's autumn in the kitchen too. I want hearty and hot food.
  • Cut 2 chicken breasts lengthwise into 4 fillets. Wrap in plastic and beat off well. Finely chop the dill and cucumbers, mix. Salt and pepper the chops, put 2 cheese plates on each chop, then a mixture of cucumbers and dill. Wrap a roll, grease it with vegetable oil. Place the rolls in a frying pan, seam side down. Put washed, but not peeled garlic there. Bake at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. As soon as it is ready, you need to get the garlic, let it cool down a little.

  • Cooking the sauce.
  • Heat the cream, but do not boil. Add the processed cheese and keep on low heat until the cheese is completely melted. Squeeze the garlic out of the husk, pour the cheese mass into a bowl of garlic, add the herbs and, if necessary, salt and pepper, mix well. The sauce is ready. Cut the rolls into 1 cm wide circles. Serve with the sauce. And eat with pleasure.
