Good day!
read many topics on this forum (the only site where you can find useful things about bread makers)
settled on these two models!
1) I want to buy a bread maker as a gift to relatives in the village, so quality is very important, since there is no service there)
2) Price - up to 3500
watched many models, but these are the most optimal in terms of functionality and price! I'm thinking about Kenwood 250 (256) - upset the last reviews about the quality and Lg (I never trusted this office, although they write that they have normal HP (you can advise))

I really look forward to your recommendations! Thanks in advance for your answers!

I also want to ask, as I understand it is necessary to immediately buy electronic vyss from HP, right?

Cake
romanguy, let me try to help you.
I bought myself a DeLongy almost a year ago (on the advice of Alain Delongy from this forum). I thank him mentally every day for the practical advice, I'm very happy with the stove.
Regarding the inexpensive Mulineshek (2000, 3000 series) - there are many returns in stores (I saw a video in M., there they have an action "any product worth less than 5000 rubles is exchanged for a new one without examination, right at the store's warehouse)
She was also suspicious of LV, but my husband, without my participation, bought the 152nd model for 3.5 thousand and took it to my parents in the village. The recipes in her book are completely idiotic, so immediately make a printout from the site for the most interesting bread options. 70-year-olds are happy with their favorite toy like children! They bake every day for themselves, for neighbors and even for a yard dog. The little bucket is there.
Kenwood 250 for 3200r bought at the request of neighbors. Now I'm watching. The book is smarter there, but all the same they use printouts from the site all the time. It turned out that a computer disk was also attached (I don’t know what was there, video instructions or recipes, I didn’t look) It works great!
romanguy, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the results of the survey on the site. There you can clearly see which company is the most "risky" in terms of repair.
And further. If you buy old people as a gift, then EASY of use is of great importance. The icons should be large, the inscriptions are in Russian, the display is contrasting and readable, without small icons. In general, the "control panel" should be laconic, and the most common program (white bread, medium size, medium crust) should be turned on by default when the oven is plugged into the network. It is very difficult for old people to delve into technology! The husband brought the stove to his parents, showed the first batch (measuring them with a glass and showing what kind of dough should eventually turn out), baked. showed the result. Then he printed the basic recipe in large print, stuffed it into a file, and hung it on the wall behind the stove. the first month the old people used only it. Then, when they got used to it and got used to it, they asked for more "options". The variants were painted (in cups and spoons), put into a file and given out for use. Now 4-5 recipes are in use.
About the scales. If you do not engage in creativity, and use the bread maker only to obtain 2-4 varieties of bread, then it is quite possible to do without weights.
Good luck with your choice !!
romanguy
Tortyzhka thank you) I studied the schedule by models - the undisputed leader is Panas - but it's expensive for me .... then like Kenwood and skiing!
I've been comparing Kenwood 250 and 256 for a long time .. I already decided to buy 250, but I read in operation that there have been a lot of defects lately, and I got upset ..
about mules and delongue they write about the same, and delongue goes china and not italy

Your IMHO which is the most convenient Kenwood 250 or Delongues? and what would you buy now - if you had a choice
ps tell me how to "turnip" I will put +1
Cake
I'm not a Pop, I'm a Cake

Regarding the choice ... You asked for my personal opinion. I would put two of them side by side in a store and look.DeLongey has the pluses - the design, the larger size of the loaf. Kenwood has a metal case, instructions are completely in Russian (Delongy had 56 pages of instructions from the website to print everything except Russian!)
Then I would ask the seller to plug them both into the network and see the indication. Where the icons are larger and better seen. Kenwood, in my opinion, has a very small arrow that points to the color and size icon - this is not convenient. You know better in Delongy.
Then I would ask to turn on both stoves for any program. Unpleasant extraneous noises, knocking and rattling will immediately manifest themselves (that is, the build quality of this particular instance), at the same time I would touch the heating element with my hand - it should heat up (not immediately, but you need to wait - many complain that the heating element is screwed on badly) This is me about all the brands I say. And what are made in Chin ... Yes, EVERYTHING there, unfortunately, is done !!! Even if the top says "Made in EU", then inside it is obligatory "Sun Hong to Stump"
Then I would make a general conclusion about the purchase (including the subjective momentary fascination with that and not that).
About the quality of baked goods. I myself saw the loaves in Kenwood 250 - gorgeous. And I can boast of my own from Delongy. So if the quality of the ingredients does not let you down, then the result in both is decent.
"ps tell me how to give a turnip" I'll put +1 Merry "
Explain what it means to turnip. Then I will explain HOW to do it. I really want to +!
Cake
Yeah ... I looked - you are from Moscow ... So you will most likely take it through the Internet store ... It hurts to go shopping ...
Then decide in absentia ...
romanguy
Sor - fixed nickname
"to give a reputation" means - in slang - to put +1 to reputation. I just didn't find where the plus sign is drawn here, usually next to the nickname "+" and "-" but here I don't see
(it looks like only moderators can change karma)
I watched the stoves in Auchan and m-video, delong looks like a mule 3000! looked, felt ... figs you can figure them out when you didn’t have to carry out test drives, and there are almost no delongs in stores
design is more attractive than Delongy, and there is also a dispenser in there! and functions like more!
By the way, I look at 250 and 256 - in 256 there is a "quick baking" and a "timer" - I think this is important .. is it so?

I will buy, of course, in a no-store, since the difference is about 500 rubles + they will bring home)
Krosha
Good time everyone! I still wanted to read the opinion of respected experienced bakers about Moulinex 3000. I ordered it through an Internet store, they will bring it on Tuesday, it’s so convenient for me, The site says France, which I didn’t believe. How does she work? Maybe you should refuse? I'm waiting for the answer.
marishka1580
I'm talking about Moulinex 3000, I have the same,. I am not writing from theory, I have only good ... initially there was a wish that at least something would not work, but so far not a single "puncture"! follow the instructions, and then learn by yourself and intuitively you will already be able to fill up supplements and fantasize. but regarding the apparatus - executive and exactly fulfilling your instructions, the result is excellent!
Krosha
marishka1580, thanks for the answer. I haven’t seen a bread maker, because of illness I can’t go shopping and take a closer look, ask the price. It just seemed that the Moulinex 3000 appliances are more reliable than LG, although the microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine and I buy a new LG microwave with a grill, I am very pleased with everyone for 5 years. And I wander through the sites and everyone recommends Panasonic and Delongy. I made an order for Mulinex, and now, in a panic, I decided to cancel. Marishenka, what are the problems and disadvantages of Mulinex? Is it Chinese? I'm waiting for the answer. Thank you.
aynat
romanguy, I don’t know, how in 250 and 256 models, but in Kenwood 210 quick baking takes 58 minutes. The result is not edible at all, because it smells like yeast, not rising and not baked. Pay attention to the quick bake time in the selected model (if you need it).

by design more attractive than Delongy, and there is also a dispenser in there! and functions like more!
By the way, I look at 250 and 256 - in 256 there are "fast baking" and "timer" - I think this is important .. is it so?

Design is more attractive than Delongy - I agree with you.But Kenwood becomes more compact on the table or on the windowsill. This is important for small kitchens
Don't be fooled by the dispenser in Delongy! It is not automatic (automatic for more sophisticated models. Mine, for example, 125). Your 755 will only squeak to open the dipenser yourself. You might as well open the lid of the bread maker and toss in the desired additives. I rarely even use an automatic dispenser - its volume is too small for such large loaves that I bake. A handful fits more.
Regarding Kenwoods-250 and 256. The timer is there and there. Fast baking program Available in 2 versions. Or program number 6 - "Accelerated baking" - a little over two hours. Great results! Or a large button on the panel (I thought it was "Start" and even confused the sellers, why when I press "Start" the program number gets confused and is set to 00:58 !!!) This is a program without a number, the results are ugly. Even with a horse dose of yeast, nothing goes.
Kenwood has a Rye Bread program. In Delongy - no. The Whole Grain and Whole Grain Bread program is similar. But I can't say anything about the results of such a replacement. My stove is programmable. I downloaded the optimal "Rye" mode from the site (the forum users deduced it by experience) and programmed my assistant (I have a built-in book with my own modes, it's just fine !!!)

Krosha, my friend bought the same 3000th floss. not happy! A factory defect often happens (it appears literally in the first days), but if you are lucky with a high-quality assembly, then the model itself is extremely successful! Don't panic, you've made a good choice !!!

Good luck to all!

Delonghi 125 made in Italy, reliable information, long sought. Other Delonghi models don't know exactly. If you buy it, tell me where it was made, curious. Identify by barcode
Krosha
Thank you. Cake. I'm still thinking about Mulinex .. Maybe Delonghi 755 after all? The order was placed on Tuesday, so I can still think until Monday evening. Does Delonghi 755 have instructions in Russian? Somehow there are not as many stories about Delonghi breakdowns on the sites, ..... as about Moulinex. I really don't want to roar over a new purchase and fight for its repair or return. Tears well even from these thoughts. What's in the Delonghi 755 package?
Cake
Krosha, instruction for Delonghi 755 is here

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...category&id=58&Itemid=107

Description of Mulieszka 3000 here

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...gcategory&id=40&Itemid=88

Now you just have to compare.

Scarlet, I apologize for the inaccuracy. If the 755 also has an automatic dispenser, that's fine. It’s a pity that I misled someone.

Rem, it seems to me that it is more important not WHERE it is done, but HOW it is done. It so happened that in production I am surrounded by many units. mechanisms and adaptations that are made in China. And you know, they are doing their job with dignity and without any problems! Remember the joke "they hit something not in the passport, but in the face!" ?

Krosha, stop panic !!!!!! We chose mulineshka, and good! They will bring it, turn it on with the courier, listen to the sound. To prevent the bucket from swinging in the mountings, the mixer does not cling to the bucket, there were no extraneous crackles and sounds. Then turn it off and on for the Baking program. There is no kneading on this program - the heating element immediately begins to heat up. The courier will start hovering to you. that it is impossible to turn it on - do not believe him, the heating element is air, not water, and with an empty bucket it MAY be turned on. Wait a couple of minutes (while the documents are considered) - let it warm. If everything is ok, take it! When the courier leaves, put the oven on the table, take a good look at it. Wipe the bucket with a damp towel, put in it some tasty recipe FROM THE SITE (they are verified.checked many times), turn it on, but for now it interferes - read the instructions, recipes in books and watch the bun.
YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!!

romanguy "went to the astral" and did not twist my karma in gratitude, insidious .... Okay, "I'm not for money, but for the benefit!"
romanguy
Cake - I'm not in the astral plane, but in Kolomna on the weekend, thank you all for the answers!

(with regards to karma - I wrote that moderators can raise its current, I would gladly give you +1)

in general, I decided to stop at Kenwood 250 (by the way, you can check it in the same way as a mule? That is, on the program and see the heating of the ten?)

Delonga is beautiful, and I could have taken her for myself, but mine in the village will definitely not program anything and the place in the kitchen is very important + kenwood has 480 watts!

I have a French model, as I understand it, the choice has already been made, judging by the time, it is interesting in which direction? There were no problems with the device, it works properly, the bread is lush and tasty - you won't get used to it.

also 2 programs for quick bread for 700 and 1000 grams

All bread makers have the same principle of operation! This means that you can check them in the same way!
Be extremely careful! Inspect the bucket for an even coating without scratches. If noticeable circles are scratched around the mixer, they used the bucket!
Glass, measuring spoon, instructions. disk. Check the package contents.
I myself bought one at the request of the neighbors. There was a huge glass. grams by 400. They first measured it with a glass, then bought a simple scale (albeit electronic) and told me that the weight of sugar by the risk of a glass and by the actual weight on the scale is the same. But there is absolutely no flour! so follow the first baking together with your relatives and show them what the bun should be, adjusting the amount of flour (or water) in a timely manner!

Krosha has now "gone to the astral" Or she just has a state of nirvana from a purchased item ....
romanguy
good - I'll check)) thank you by the way, advise me to start with a simple recipe (preferably in detail what kind of oil, yeast, do you need to sift flour?) I know that there are a million recipes on the forum, but I want to bake the first bread according to the recipe

Will squeak 750 Delongy (new model, the same as 755, but without a dispenser and not silver, but white and yellow).

Moulinex 3000 is a metal oven.
Delongy 755 - plastic, but cheaper than Moulinex.
The Delongue 750 is even cheaper.
Delongues 750 and 755 are very compact and comfortable, but I recommend closing the window from the inside with foil, however, as in Moulinex.
Cake
: red: Oh, well, you embarrassed me ... MY recipe is not - I take everything from the site. Admin, Fugasca, Elena Bo, Celestina - these are the authors! And in my kitchen there are only "reproductions of famous masters"
The imagination of relatives needs to be shaken on the following points:
1. Simple.
2. Cheap.
3. Tastier than store-bought.
4.Available products.
5. Luxurious appearance and smell.

We solve the tasks.
1. Take the recipe for white bread - it is less problematic than other varieties.
2. We do not use expensive or, moreover, exotic products. (Olive oil, expensive sorts of flour in bags, etc.)
3. It will work anyway
4. Sunflower oil, water, salt, sugar.
5. Replace the water with milk (preferably rustic, whole milk) - the crust turns out to be golden, the smell is dizzying, the top of the bread is very beautiful and without lubrication, the crumb is snow-white in the cut.
I'll tell you how I taught the oven to my father, 72 years old.
She sowed flour into the bowl (he then took a bigger bowl and sows it into several batches at once). This is imperative to remove lumps and oxygenate the flour.
I took two 200-240 gram mugs, of which they drink tea (he now has one in a bowl of flour and lies) The exact number of milligrams in a mug does not matter.
She put a bucket in front of those present (watched like the show of David Copperfield, by God !!!)
I filled the mug with milk to the top (if from the refrigerator, in the same mug - in the microwave for a minute), poured it into a bucket, poured 1 small. spoon (measured) salt and 2 large measured sugar. Then 2 large measured - refined sunflower oil (which is always in the house).
On top I poured 3 mugs without a hill of sown flour. It is important to grasp the approximate proportion - for one measure of liquid - 3 measures of flour.
In the well - 1, 5 small measuring spoons of yeast
We insert the bucket into the oven, turn it on. Press the program selection button 1 time - the "Main" program is displayed (or White bread - I forgot, it doesn't matter) and by default there is a medium-weight loaf with a medium-colored crust. Grandfather does not see well, so it is important for him to hear 2 "peaks" - the choice of the program and the start. After about 5 minutes after the start of kneading, open the lid and follow the bun. If a little thin, add a couple of tablespoons of flour. But after 3-5 bakes, the grandfather quickly mastered the degree of tamping in a mug of flour and filling is no longer required.
The recipe was printed on a computer in font size 42, stuffed into a file and hung over the stove.
When this stage was mastered by the old people, they began teaching the sweet dough. They explained that you need to knock out 1 egg into a mug, and add the rest with milk. Instead of 2 tablespoons of sugar, you need to put 5-6, and instead of 2 butter-4. And you can and as much ... Flour is not 3 cups. a 3.5. You can also use more yeast. All. If there is only one grandfather at home, then he bets on the main program, if someone else is at home, then they bet on "Sweet" Different buns are obtained, but both options are tasty. Add raisins when squeak.

That's all science. And then they want - tell me. A little wheat flour can be replaced with rye, milk for water, whey, kefir, baked milk ...

Oh, well, I'm scribbling tablecloths !!!! Excuse me!

I hesitate to ask, why close the window with foil? and from which side, inside or outside?
Cake
Nothing, don't hesitate!
With a piece of foil, they sometimes glue the window from the INSIDE so that the heat does not leave through it, but, reflecting from the foil, blushes the roof of the bread. Usually the top of the bread is slightly lighter than the sides and bottom. Someone is happy with it, but someone is not. So they came up with such a trick.

so what yeast to take? dry or regular? and a firm cookie is better?

ps tomorrow they will bring the stove, I will try
it is better to take dry yeast, for all recipes a measure in teaspoons is calculated specifically for dry ones. very good yeast from Dr. Etker, or also not bad Saf-product. keep in mind that an open sachet should be used within 2-3 days, then the yeast will lose activity. good luck!
Rem
That's about the controversial yeast - the bulk of people, having tried bread on ordinary pressed, switch to them. The taste is different, better. This does not apply to the delayed start of the stove. There is also a topic on yeast on the forum, it was discussed.

that an open bag should be used in 2-3 days, then the yeast loses its activity.

And that's not your truth, with my bag of Fermipan nothing is done for a week - he picks up bread, and how. It's just that a small packet is missing for more than 7-10 days. And 500 grams in girls live for half a year.

Cake
Well, all the people of the forum and explained on the shelves! I'll bring in my 5 kopecks.
Indeed, bread with pressed yeast, in my opinion, tastes better. Their only drawback is that you cannot postpone baking, they will ferment and die without waiting for the batch. If you don't use the delayed start, then a good option is to buy a large pack on the market, cut it into pieces the size of a matchbox with a thread. Then each "box" is divided into 4 parts. This will be the "portion" of yeast per loaf. Spread these cubes on polyethylene in 1 layer, freeze them in the freezer, put the resulting "pebbles" in a bag and again there, in the freezer. Before each baking, place the cube in a measuring container and fill it with warm water (milk). Wait. until the yeast turns into water and pour into a bread maker. Then everything is according to your recipe. If you are baking a dough that is heavy to rise (baking, for example), then add 2 cubes of yeast. In a freezer at -18, yeast lives without loss of quality for 6 months. So feel free to buy a 0.5kg piece.
About dry yeast. It is possible to purchase "Fermipan Super 2in1" in half-kilogram vacuum bags. I open it, pour it into a jar with a ground lid and haven't tried it in the fridge or freezer). With daily kneading of bread, this amount of yeast goes away in 3-3, 5 months. I did not notice any deterioration in quality over time. It did not have to be stored longer than 4 months. I also used the Saf-moment-comparison with Fermipan does not stand up to any, I liked the Turkish yeast "Pakmaya" and, do not laugh! Chinese "Angel" In Voronezh, they launched a modern yeast plant with luxurious equipment and some new technologies. Yeast is highly praised. The price is good: 37 rubles -0.5 kg. Here I will finish Fermipan-buy for the sake of experiment. Actually, I also bought the previous varieties of yeast for the sake of experiment, because I won't change Fermipana, this is "Bentley" among yeast!

romanguy, good luck with your experiments! Write what you got after all these discussions, okay? sooooo interesting!

Peace be with you bakers!
For three months now I've been baking cake for ANGEL beyond praise

There were 5 different "Angels" in the advertising brochure! What color do you use - red, white or silver? What packaging? How do you store it? Share your experience on the forum. because this yeast can be bought at the "Everything for the baker" store in Moscow - Muscovites will thank you.
The technologist told me that in China either the Belgians or the Swedes have installed a modern plant and strictly control the quality, because this product is supplied to the EU countries. In short, I also convinced, overcoming skepticism. bought (cheaper than Fermipan, something about 50 rubles 0.5 kg) and LIKED me VERY !!!

Sorry to interfere.
In most cases, I bake on a timer (at least 11 hours).
And always! with fresh yeast. It turns out great.
If necessary, I will describe in detail.

SHOULD !!!!!!!
I often bake on the timer - I like fresh pastries for coffee in the morning. Still, with fresh yeast, the aroma is wonderful !! Better than dry! I will be grateful for the details of the process. Or do you have to go to the topic of yeast - you can't go here?

romanguy, thank you for the "special thank you", in the spring local experienced citizens-members of the forum shared their advice so generously with me that, having gained some experience, I consider it my duty to help new users of bread makers. Although in my life I consider something to advise someone to a completely useless and even dangerous occupation.

So - they brought me a Kenwood 250 bread maker yesterday - checked, everything is ok .. nothing makes noise, etc. (ugh ugh)
The only complaint is that the manual and the book of recipes in English, I will, of course, figure it out, but mine is unlikely - I had to find and download it all in Russian from the Internet (as I understand there are no books in Russian, the type is given as a disk with pdf files - manuals)

waste about bread
I decided to try ..
I thought to make Tortyzhki according to the recipe, but I realized that I couldn’t scrape the flour "on the bottom" and had to bake it according to the book:
- 350 flour
- 250 milk
- 1 tsp - salt
- 2 tsp - sacher
- 1 tbsp - sunflower oil
like a mustache ... the first jamb, the cat then manifested itself is that first you need to pour the liquid, I did the opposite and got flour in the corners of the bread!
The dough rose, but it was not a bun, rather a viscous mass
the taste is damp .. in general, I left to read about "the basics of baking"
Scarlet
- 350 flour
- 250 milk
- 1 tsp - salt
- 2 tsp - sacher
- 1 tbsp - sunflower oil
Definitely for this amount of flour - a lot of milk
Cake
Strange ... I bought with instructions in Russian. I remember exactly! there, the corrections for Kenwood of another model were also highlighted in red, and the book for the 250th, for sure !!!
The fact that the recipes in the instruction books are "cool", everyone here warned you, so call
TAKE RECIPES FROM THE SITE !!! Darnitsky from Fugaski, Baton from the times of stagnation, milky white .... oh, well, for every taste! Liquid - down, flour with all additives up, yeast - into the flour hole and go !!! After all, keep an eye on the bun, at first even verified recipes should be controlled.
Good luck for the second time !!!

I read, read the Temka and decided to speak out .... I first bought an LG oven, but no matter how much I tried to bake bread, it didn’t work out .... it didn’t bake it, and everything ... does not bring joy, but only spoils the mood .... She returned it, but did not change it immediately, but was poisoned for examination. The examination established that a factory defect, something with tenom ..., but I think that they do not really check ... In short, I was offered to choose a product for the same amount and my husband and I thought for a long time and still decided to take bread maker, but already Moulinex 3000. It was twice as expensive ... We chose it because we knew that Moulinex had been specializing in kitchen appliances for a long time, we already had a kitchen. Moulinex combine, has been serving for 15 years perfectly. And I was just happy when, according to the recipes given in the instructions, I got an excellent fried and airy bread the first time. And there has never been bad, unbaked bread. Sometimes it's not worth saving ... I am now wary of LG, although large household appliances from this company .. And the NO Frost refrigerator is excellent and the first TV (GoldStar) has been serving for 20 years. And the second one bought LG and also works flawlessly for 5 years, and no luck with the bread maker.

They write a lot about bread makers, I think I'll tell my story. In August, we bought a Chinese Orion 204, the electric motor will burn out in 2.5 weeks. Two months later, the dentgs were returned. After a long time I could not decide what to replace it with. And they ripped out Delongy 125C. Guys - heaven and earth. Sotor is much more powerful and kneads faster than Orion. Plus - the ability to program and a dispenser. The bread will benefit from much more volume and weight than Orion. And perhaps the Chinese development sincerely pleases someone, but I will remember this lesson for a long time. The only thing that annoys Delongy is the knock of the shaft on which the blade is located during kneading - it appears and disappears. Who can face such a problem? Thank you in advance for your answer.
Rem
Most likely, the engine fasteners are loose and the belt is not tensioned. Free of charge in the service under warranty will be done. And for this time they must give another.
There may be another reason. Or maybe this is just the usual noise when the bun is beating against the bucket?
all_86
Can. Right now the knock is almost inaudible.
Atlantis
Yes, I will confirm the reproaches on LG is really nonsense, I got out of order after half a year, now in the service center, the bucket flew
