Ingredients

Pork stew 700-800g
Eggplant 3 pcs (larger can be two)
A tomato 2 pcs
Bulb onions 1 PC
Spices (salt, basil, marjoram, soy sauce, pepper) taste
Marinade for meat:
Lemon juice 1 st. l.
Honey 1 st. l.
Soy sauce 30 ml.
Marjoram taste
Basil taste
Pepper taste
Vegetable oil 20 ml

Cooking method

  • Marinate the ribs for at least 2 hours, I have marinated for almost 12 hours
  • Fried the onion and ribs (in a little vegetable oil) for browning third level, 1 minute... Then I put chopped vegetables on the meat and cooked on multi-cook 5 minutes at 120 degrees (this is for vegetables and meat to give their juices), then the oven, the first level for 2 minutes... The husband said that it was very tasty, but the meat really looked very appetizing. Served with mashed potatoes baked in AG.
