Cooking method

  • To fill:

  • In the meantime, we are preparing the filling:
  • Put out mushrooms, add raw eggs, sour cream, salt.
  • From the dough we make the base for our pie, the bottom of the mold and the barrel are lined with dough with borders 2-4 cm high. I sprinkled the bottom with potato flakes a bit, well, I just wanted it. In the prepared base, pour our filling, sprinkle with cheese and cook on Oven, level 1 25 minutes.
