Ingredients

Beef meat 400 g
Potatoes 5-7 pcs.
Onion 2-3 heads
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
Cabbage
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
Eggplant 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Grease the bottom of the multicooker with rast. oil. We cut the meat like into goulash and put in a saucepan, onion cut into half rings on it. Cut the potatoes into quarters, put them on the onions. Then put the bell pepper cut into half rings. Cut the carrots into rings and place them on the pepper. Next are the mugs of tomatoes and peeled eggplant. The last layer is cabbage cut into 8-10 pieces. Salt and pepper each layer to taste.
  • Put on a dish and sprinkle with your favorite herbs. Bon Appetit!
  • What can I say - very tasty and not troublesome. I took not much cabbage at all, cut it in half, and cut each half lengthwise into 4 parts, and then even across it in half (I don't know if it came out clearly). Eggplants and potatoes were also not big, I took 1 carrot, I don't like it a lot. The saucepan was packed almost to the top, it yielded about half of the juice. You can add garlic, who likes it sharper.
