There were a lot of cucumbers, but they are bought with caution, and each cucumber, before being sent to the salad, is strictly censored for harmfulness and bitterness. After reading the Japanese advice on the Internet that bitter cucumber can be fixed by rubbing the peeled cucumber ass thoroughly on the board until it is foamy, I followed Panikovsky-san's advice and began the rubbing process. Foam, like gold, did not appear. The cucumber remained bitter. And my husband decided that my roof had quietly moved down from the heat and smoke. Therefore, I taste all the cucumbers now. And I put what I see in salads, but without fanaticism, so that it would be pleasant to eat.

In general, as it turned out, the salad keeps its shape well. I cooked for dinner, my son ate at night and, in order not to wash the salad bowl, did not finish it and put it in the refrigerator. Today I pulled out this salad after 1pm. There was no characteristic acid, and my toad suggested cutting fresh vegetables into the remaining salad. Which I did. Everything is fine!
