Shortbread pie with cottage cheese and apple filling

Ingredients

DOUGH:
flour 2 tbsp.
Margarine or butter 200 g
baking powder 1 tsp
sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
FILLING:
Cottage cheese 300 g
sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Apples 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • The recipe was taken from the forum for the Cucckoo pressure cooker. I baked it in the cartoon.

  • Grind butter or margarine with flour mixed with baking powder. Add sugar and eggs. Knead the dough. I also added flour (probably another 50-60 g) and still the dough was very soft. The author recommended to roll out the dough, I stretched it with my hands in the form. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Distribute the most part in a multitude with sides, lay out the filling, a smaller layer on top and pinch.
  • Filling: grind cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar. Grate apples on a coarse grater, mix with cottage cheese.

  • Baking mode 65 + 65 minutes.

Time for preparing:

130 minutes

Note

Glass 250 ml.

Be sure to cool in a multi bucket !!!!, I took it out right away - it fell apart a little.
Delicious pie, even better after a night in the fridge.
