I have a "ski" NV-2051. I did not invent new recipes, I took them from the site and adapted them for it.
If someone needs (a newbie like me), here they are: (my family's favorites)

taken without changes (MANY THANKS TO YOU ROMA). The most beloved in the family and always successful, my first bread. I bake, however, on ordinary yeast (about 10 grams - 10th part of a 100 gram pack).
Rye bread
I searched for a long time, I live in a provincial town, panifarins, extra-r, etc. do not shine for me. The maximum I have is dry kvass (malt with breadcrumbs) and dark beer. took as a basis Riga fast from the site (unfortunately I don't remember whose, THANKS)
The stove is small - the recipe has been reduced.

Water-18o ml
Rast. oil-1.5 tbsp. l.
Malt (kvass) -2.5 tbsp. l. brew with boiling beer-55 ml
Honey (sugar is possible) -1.3 tbsp. l (bread is sweetish, can be reduced, who does not like it)
Salt-1h. l.
Millet. flour-50 gr.
Rye (peeled) -290 gr
Dry. yeast-1.2 tsp
The program is "dough", then - "French" (sometimes you have to mix with your finger the flour that has not intervened, because it's hard for my girl.

Rye turns out like "zest" bread (I add it on the "beep" of the French program).
Now the pie dough.
I am a mother of 3 children. Pies are in demand, and the oven was once perfect. But!!! The stove is the best friend of moms!
The recipe was taken from some site.

200 ml liquid + 1 egg
1.5 tbsp. l. melted plums. oils
280 gr flour
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
0.7 tsp salt
1.3 tsp dry yeast
Program "Dough" + 40-60 minutes (until the dough rises well, until it bubbles), take it out into a bowl, cover it and let it come up again (while we are preparing the oven, mold, filling), then cut it and into the oven! Just one family cake.

I don't like the cupcakes from the book, they don't rise at all!
A recipe from some site, maybe you will like it!
1/2 cup sugar (more for those with a sweet tooth)
1/2 sour cream
3 eggs
1.5 cups flour
a pack of baking powder (I have Dr. Oteker)
raisins (optional)

Beat eggs with sugar first, then add everything else in turn to the Keks program

Tried the cupcake recipe from anni4ka it turned out delicious, only a good baking powder is necessary, and I also tried adding Nesquik powder, it also works out super!

I join, I noticed that the bun is better controlled when the hp dough has been kneaded for a few minutes and switched to a quick kneading, otherwise it may turn out too dense and it will rise worse, for my stove it is better to let the dough be slightly smeared at the bottom (like a rusty bun made of MK Admin), which will give you a tight bun. Then the dough rises easily and bakes well. I take the recipes from the site.

I have Lg appeared 3 years ago. At first I tried the recipes from my own weighty booklet, I liked many, almost everything worked out the first time. Then I met Bread maker. RU and began to bake according to recipes from the site. Now I can say baking according to my recipes.

In principle, there is no disappointment, I have been using it for more than 1.5 years, I bake whatever my heart desires, the dough is only in HP, but somehow it did not grow together with butter, I did 3-4 times remained indifferent to it, because I need cream find good ones that would be fatty, as it does not work.
And I am fully satisfied with the bread, and what are the disappointments?

In principle, I believe that oil is not an obligatory function, I also suffered from it for a long time, but now I understand that I will not make oil. It might be better to see that there was whole grain bread (although I get by with rye). In general, choose.
P.S. although I really love my stove and am grateful to her for the work she does, the second time I will not take it, and by the way, because of the function of the oil which I do not use
