Salmon with spinach and garlic sauce

Ingredients

Salmon (trout) 700-800 g
For the sauce:
Yolks 2 pcs.
Rast. oil 4 tbsp. l.
Water 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise (sour cream) 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic (chopped) 2-3 cloves
Defrosted spinach 70-80 g

Cooking method

Cut the salmon and cut into 2x2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, put in a baking dish.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour the sauce over the fish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

Time for preparing:

25-30 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at 200 degrees.

With the light hand of Stеrn (for which special and many thanks to her), I have recently begun to often cook dishes with spinach. And I must say, my pets began to get used to the sight of "green" chicken or potatoes, and most importantly, they like it. So today I decided to add spinach to the usual recipe.

THANKS for the delicious recipe !!!!!!! I don't eat spinach, I used the rest of the fill, added another small piece of lemon (ground with a skin and added to the fill). Salmon is already delicious, but with this filling ...... mmmmm .......
