Nicoise salad
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen green beans (450-500 g);
8-10 quail eggs; I have chicken
10 small young potatoes;
2 sweet peppers;
300 g of tuna in olive oil;
10-15 cherry tomatoes;
1 small bunch of green onions;
15-20 pcs. capers;
half a red onion;
2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.

Refueling:
4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
juice of half a lemon;
1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar;
1 tbsp. a spoonful of Dijon mustard;
sea ​​salt;
freshly ground black pepper.

Preparation:
Prepare the beans as directed on the package.

Boil young potatoes (without peeling) and quail eggs.

Cut the boiled potatoes into quarters, mix with beans, add olive oil.

Cut the peel off the peppers, remove the seeds, chop thinly and stir in the salad.

Halve eggs and tomatoes, put in salad, sprinkle with capers and thinly sliced ​​red and finely chopped green onions.

Stir all ingredients.

Crumble the tuna with a fork and put on top.

Refueling
Mix mustard with lemon juice, add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, beat lightly with a fork. Serve the dressing separately.

Out of dislike for canned food, I replaced tuna with boiled pollock, quail eggs with chicken eggs, and salad with the existing mixture of lettuce leaves. I don’t hold capers, so I tried it with pickled cucumber, olives and olives (olives and olives are incomparably more harmonious).
I came to the conclusion that the salad is made according to the principle "what's in the oven - everything is on the table with swords."
