Cooking method

  • Do not melt the butter, but soften well. Then grind the butter with sugar, add salt, soda (extinguish with vinegar), sour cream and flour. I first poured 320 grams of flour, and then, in order to achieve a dough that was not tight, but elastic, I added another 50 grams. The dough was sticking off my hands. After kneading the desired dough, divide it into 2 parts: one larger, the other smaller.
  • Grease the form with margarine. Roll out most of the dough (you can even do it on parchment. But I did it right on a table dusty with flour. Then carefully put the dough in a mold so that the dough side was covered with the dough. Then I sprinkled the bottom of the dough layer with starch a little. Put strawberries and cherries on top ( seedless).
  • I made a small mistake: I had to squeeze out both strawberries and cherries a little. Unfortunately, she did not.
  • Sprinkle the fruit on top with a little more starch and sugar (0.5 cups of sugar). In general, you can have more sugar (to taste).
  • Then roll out the second piece of dough and top it over. Pinch 2 layers of dough straight along the rim of the mold.
  • 10 minutes before the end of baking, you can grease the cake with liquid sour cream and sprinkle with sugar. Only cut the pie cold.
  • Of course, I had a lot of juice inside the pie, so when I cut it, a lot of liquid came out at once. But that was only once. Then the cake was cut and it no longer "flowed".
