Wheat flour 1.5 X 150 grams = 225 grams of flour
rye flour 1.5 X 130 grams = 195 grams of flour
Total flour 420 grams of flour + 5 tablespoons of fitness mixture, this is just about 350 ml. water. The bun will do the rest!

It turns out a 250 ml cup.

At first I was very scared that the bread would not work, because during kneading the bun did not want to form at all, the dough was liquid and was smeared along the bottom of the bucket. I added 3st. l. flakes "Hercules". And also 1st. l. unrefined mustard oil.
Here's what happened. The weight of the cooled bread is 800g.
