Ingredients

glass 250 ml
Margarine soft 200 g
Sugar 1 glass
Eggs 2 pieces
Sour cream 1 table. the spoon
Lemon 1 piece
Flour 2 glasses
Baking powder 2 tea. spoons

Cooking method

  • Grind margarine with sugar + eggs + sour cream + lemon (pre-boil for a few minutes and rinse with cold water to release the bitterness), minced or chopped with a blender (carefully remove the seeds) + flour mixed with baking powder.
  • The dough is quite liquid. Oven in a 21-23 cm mold, lined with baking paper.
  • The finished cake can be cut into two horizontally and greased with sour cream or jam, whipped with sugar.
