Now again put the chicken and zucchini in this sauce (along with the juice that has dripped) and simmer until the chicken is tender. Condiments - ONLY salt and pepper!
At the very end, add finely chopped parsley. No dill !!!
And if this dish does not smell like mushrooms, then you have not fried the onions!

Firstly, as soon as I needed zucchini, they disappeared everywhere, e-mine. Found it. Young, tender, straight even raw crunch. I bought chicken drumsticks (children love chicken hooves). I did everything as the guru told me: fry, stew, stubbornly fried onions for a very long time, fearing not to get the notorious mushroom smell. Then she poured everything into a thick-walled pan a la cauldron and stewed it for a long time. I didn’t add anything except pepper and salt. I had already arranged the plates and brought a bottle of wine, when I realized that my creation ... is starting to burn! With mats, she rushed to the pan, grabbed a slotted spoon and, waving it so that the ninja would cry in delight, looking at me, in three seconds put everything into a serving dish. Ugh ... Neither taste nor smell had time to suffer. I caught myself in time (my scent is like a bloodhound, everyone knows this. I determine everything - from the readiness of dishes to the cleanliness of linen - by smell).

So ... To the chicken itself, the combination of courgettes and fried onions in sour cream gives a light vegetable shade and a pleasant mushroom note. But this was not the most important thing. The most important thing is zucchini with onions as a side dish !! I piled onions really a lot. The husband ate and squeaked. There was only one chicken leg left, not a piece of zucchini. We ate everything. The husband ate most of all. He leaned on them and said it was right .... wow. (y) T. That is, all these products, stewed with each other's juice, saturated and made friends, form a very harmonious composition. The taste is light, unobtrusive, not harsh. I love that.

And you know, I liked the taste very much, although I prepared it a little differently. Since my wife is in a position, I had to improvise =)
Instead of sunflower (or olive) oil, I used butter. Dill added solely for decoration. I added a little curry from the spices (because curry adds a certain flavor to the chicken, my opinion!), Well, instead of the usual pepper, a mixture was used (fortunately, they sell such bags)
Changed the technology a little, since it is difficult to control the temperature on the electric stove.
I also changed the number of products. Sour cream is less than 200g, but added gr50 of water (sour cream burns in a pan). And since there was only one zucchini, medium in size, in the end it seemed to me enough. Chicken 300 grams, fillet. One large (not huge) onion, cut into large cubes in a ready-made dish, pleasantly surprised me
