Yesterday I baked bread from a mixture of 8 "Nastyusha" cereals. I did everything according to the recipe written on the package. It turned out great! Delicious bread. No additional water was added.

Made 2 digressions:
1. I set the spatula for mixing as for rye (I have a Panasonic-255 bread maker). Actually a mixture of fine flour there is probably 300 grams, and everything else is all sorts of grains and other tasty husks (Based on one bookmark of 500 g)
2. I put the bread on at night, decided to change the order of the food, so that the water does not flow to the yeast, flour is not enough. Therefore, first she poured water, because flour, then yeast. Although my bread machine should be done the other way around.

Baking on the "Diet" mode (5 hours). Different models call this mode differently - "Grain", "Whole Grain", etc.

I managed to take a picture, by the evening there will be nothing left of it I recommend!

I also bought a ready-made mixture, we produce Luhansk, a mixture for rye bread, but I didn't really like it. I did not bake it right away, as I bought it, so I decided to sift it, and there was coarse salt, which can damage the mold if baked in a mode without temperature equalization and some other additives were present.
Therefore, the next time I replaced some of the flour with wheat and added a little salt, it turned out tastier, but this is all for everybody. And I regulated the amount of liquid based on the kolobok.
But my conclusion is that it is better to mix different kinds of flour yourself. Here.

All mixtures are in Fozzy, look in all supermarkets of this line (we have it Silpo). There are KORNEX mixtures in Metro, but they are expensive and there are improvers in the composition. Good luck.

I added 100g of this mixture instead of 100g of Italian bread flour from Admin. Girls, to taste - it turned out to be an ordinary loaf !!!
Well, unless, of course, you do not count the seeds and what else is big. I added some water, since I baked on kefir. And I added oil in the middle of the first batch, forgetting about it. The gingerbread man had to be torn apart, it was like rubber.
We really liked the taste of the final product. The bread rose perfectly, without crust breaks and very evenly. Delicious!

I suspect the secret of the loaf is in the leaven!

I just took out a loaf from HP. HP Panasonic 257, basic mode. I didn't change the recipe. everything worked out very, very much. But it seems to me that it is possible to reduce the amount of yeast, unless, of course, in the FAST mode.

I didn't add water in the process, the bun was right! The mixture is excellent, BUT confuses E ... ascorbic acid, I can still understand .. the rest, why?
