Milk 100 ml
Vegetable oil 100 ml

Cooking method

I baked 2 closed pies from this dough in PP Princesses, - with cottage cheese and with cabbage. Both are beyond praise.
Since the cottage cheese was sour, I used soda instead of baking powder, and instead of salt I added 30 grams of chanach to the dough.

I baked in an additional form for 15 minutes just under the lid + 15 minutes, covering it with a Teflon rug.
The dough itself was rolled out to about 4 mm, there was a lot of filling. I pierced the upper layer in several places with a fork.
