Pork chops with bell peppers

Ingredients

Pork tenderloin 1 kg
Large sweet pepper 3 pcs.
Lemon 1 PC.
Large apples 2 pcs.
Onion 0.5KG
Soy sauce 50 ml
Olive oil 100 ml
Provencal herbs,
black and red ground pepper
taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking with minimal effort:
  • Cut the meat into layers 1-1.5 cm thick. Slightly beat off or process with a tenderizer. Combine olive oil, soy sauce and seasonings. Cover the pork with this mixture and put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
  • The next day, put our pieces on a baking sheet close to one another, if the sauce is not completely absorbed, pour it on top. We cut apples, sweet peppers into strips, onions into half rings. Stir with the addition of the juice of 1 lemon, if the apples are sour - half a lemon. Distribute the resulting mixture on top of the meat. We close the baking sheet with foil and for 40 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven. Then remove the foil and let the vegetables fry a little for 10 minutes. Take out, sprinkle with lemon juice and onto plates.
