Ingredients

600 gr minced meat (pork + beef)
2 small zucchini
1 large eggplant
1 carrot
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
a small bunch of green onions
3 slices of loaf
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 medium tomatoes
500 gr - 1 packet of frozen broccoli
salt, pepper, seasonings

Cooking method

  • The casserole can also be cooked in the oven. I cooked in a Panasonic SR-TMH 18 multicooker.
  • Grate carrots, eggplant, zucchini into a separate bowl on a coarse grater.
  • Finely chop bell peppers, green onions, tomatoes.
  • Finely chop pieces of white bread and pour over the milk.
  • Boil broccoli slightly to defrost (at least three).
  • Fry the carrots and peppers.
  • Stew the eggplant plus the zucchini a little.
  • Break an egg into the minced meat, add bread crumbs with milk, salt, pepper, add seasoning (I took "Italian herbs"). Stir in carrots + bulg. pepper, eggplant + zucchini, green onions.
  • Put a baking sleeve in a saucepan, distribute 2/3 of the minced meat on it.
  • Evenly in a circle, starting from the center, stick broccoli inflorescences into the minced meat.
  • Place the rest of the minced meat on top. Sprinkle with finely chopped tomatoes on top.
  • Baking 65 min. Turn off the cartoon, open the lid.
  • Leave the casserole in the multitool with the lid open for 15-20 minutes so that it does not fall apart when taken out.

I cooked it! It turned out a lot in terms of quantity - at least it seemed to me so. I did it as in the recipe, only the minced meat was purely pork. To say that it is delicious is to say nothing. For me, an additional advantage was the fact that there was meat and a side dish "in one bottle", since there are a lot of vegetables in the casserole. It was delicious hot and at room temperature. When I ate it for dinner, I was too lazy to put it in the microwave. And from "a lot" there was a small piece, now the husband will eat up for dinner.
