Chocolate-impregnated chocolate cake

Ingredients

water 1 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp.
sunflower oil 1 tbsp.
powdered milk 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
cocoa 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
eggs 2 pcs.
flour 1 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
baking powder 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • glass - 250ml

  • Mix water, sugar, butter, milk powder and cocoa in a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.

  • Pour 125 ml and set aside - this is the impregnation.

  • Next, add to the remaining mass

  • 2 eggs,

  • a bag of vanilla sugar

  • 1 tbsp flour +1 tbsp l. baking powder

  • And beat everything well. The mass turns out to be liquid, but do not let this scare you.

  • Pour the dough onto a rectangular baking sheet 20 * 30 cm, covered with parchment and bake at 180 degrees until tender.

  • Then pour the impregnation onto the hot cake. Before that, I beat it well again. (it thickens when whipped, almost "chocolate mayonnaise" is obtained)

  • Cut the cooled cake into rectangles. It turns out a very soft tender damp cake.

Well what can I say - very tender, moist, but not sticky, moderately sweet and chocolatey. There is no such vigorous chocolate as in a cafe, but here I suspect cocoa is to blame. Wait, it is generally a scarce product, so you don't have to choose.

Hence the question is whether it is possible to reduce the number of rast. butter to half a glass and, accordingly, increase the amount of milk (or water). I don't know, maybe it was in the oil, although I used refined oil, but it tasted a little.

As for reducing it by half - I don't know, try to reduce it to at least 150 ml.
What cocoa did you use? I noticed that with good dark cocoa there are absolutely no extraneous tastes - only all very good. chocolate.

Thank you Elenka for the delicious recipe. I baked Panassonic in a small cartoon. It might not have worked in the oven. Only instead of vegetable oil, I took the same amount of melted margarine. I understand that margarine is harmful, but I was afraid that vegetable oil would be strongly felt. And so everything is tasty and aromatic.A few drops of rum essence dripped into the impregnation, very harmoniously. I love these chocolate things, and most importantly - a minimum of fuss. But I didn't cut it for cakes, it went with one big cupcake, but it would be worth cutting it in half and smearing it with something (like lemon sugar or citrus Kurd). But even so it was delicious and had already been eaten. The recipe is in the piggy bank.
